I have to say it was be far my best experience ever in purchasing a car. Jon was super amazing! Was helpful, listen to what I like and could afford. He was even great with my little man. My husband was even so excited with the process and how good Jon assisted me with everything that he would like to go back in August next year to get himself a new truck! Thank you Jon! We appreciate the fast, friendly service you provided us. We absolutely love the car. :)

I heard a radio add for 199Ride and was interested in trading in my car for something newer so I reached out and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I didn't need a car, but I was still excited.
My initial experience with 199Ride/Appleton Auto was disappointing to say the very least! I arrived with all the necessary information, then was told I could buy this car, or that car. I was literally given two options!! After being convinced to drive both, I was irritated. I simply did not want either. The salesman I was working with said he would see what he could do. I waited... and waited... then he dropped me mid conversation for a walk-in.
I was incredibly frustrated, so I left. He didn't bother following up or asking why.
A couple days later, an associate from the Wausau office, Brandon Koskey, followed up with me. I was uninterested; as my initial experience was awful. Over the next couple weeks he proved to be genuine in wanting to find a vehicle that suits my needs, rather than just making a sale. He stayed in contact, sending photos/info on inventory and remained very professional and polite.
I decided to take a day off to make a 2hr drive as I was confident that he was not the typical salesman trying to line his pockets.
He literally greeted me before I could even put my car in park! He brought me in and introduced me (by name) to his manager. The atmosphere was amazing.
I wasn't sold on the vehicle I thought I wanted, so we just kept driving until I found a car I loved. Once I decided what I wanted, it was smooth sailing from start to finish!!

Brandon helped us with getting a new car after ours died in a parking lot. Almost nothing down with no credit history and he solved all our problems. Wonderful, personable service with great attitudes from all the staff. I cannot say enough good about the customer service we experienced. The whole process took less than two hours. So fast, so simple, 100% worth it.

I walked in off the street and was helped immediately.Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales person was Kevin and he was great! I told him what I was looking for and what my terms were and he never pressured me out those. He worked with me and the finance team to get me exactly what I was looking for and into a great vehicle. John Kleinschmidt worked with me for 7 days to get me a car I loved for a good price. Had some unforeseen credit issues, John and his manager went through many calls to lenders to get me the BEST interest rate my situation would allow. Felt really good about the business and especially enjoyed dealing with John.

In dire need of a vehicle, I had no other choice but to make a trip to Wausau, Wisconsin which I was not terribly thrilled to do. After a long day visiting multiple Car Lots, going on multiple test drives, and only becoming more increasingly aggravated. I found myself at Wausau Auto Sales where I was greeted by an associate named Patrick Cross. This associates demeanor and etiquette for business were immediately clear.

The overall interaction and experience was top notch! The accountability, and time Mr.Cross took to see me into a vehicle that fit my needs, and the needs of my family was exceptional. He made sure that my time, my needs, and that my overall experience was excellent while at Wausau Auto Sales.

I would recommend both Wausau Auto Sales and their sales associate Patrick Cross. It is far to often we hear about the negatives, and not enough in regard to the people of integrity from within the auto industry. Truly it was both a unique and enjoyable experience.

I stopped by Wausau Auto Sales over the weekend and had the pleasure of learning about a couple different models with Jon Kleinschmidt. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle and in need of help finding the right one. Three things really stood out to me when working with Jon. He was very enthusiastic when answering the questions that I had for him. Secondly I know a lot of people worry about dishonesty working with a sales representative, but Jon was very honest and I appreciated it. The most important reason I would recommend working with him is that he was very personable and I really enjoyed talking with him about cars and he was not just trying to push me into a sale. I spent four days with Justin Zastrow, he was the best salesman that I have ever dealt with! He went through thick and thin to get me approved for a safe, reliable car, I personally didn't think it was going to happen, with my credit history and just because I have bad luck in general. I had a pretty awesome experience even though I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle. The representative Pat Cross was very patient and attentive to the needs of myself and my family.
