We have been seeing Dr. Sharon Colgan for four years now.

Dr. Sharon Colgan Does such an awesome job with my two Pomeranians - Jack & Jill.

Jill is such a nervous Willy and Dr. Sharon Colgan, soothes Jill with her calming voice while Jill’s blood is being drawn.

I was just informed they are taking appts. so that will cut down the wait time for my autistic son and the Poms!

Great vet, great loving staff & fabulous cost for Vetinarianary care!

I absolutely loved the staff. They called me “mom” and made me feel like more than a pet mom. They were friendly and personable. I was appreciative of how professional and thoughtful they were to my and my pup. Looking forward to going back next year. Also, great prices and deals compared to other veterinarian services.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Loved it. I just went in with my dog for an influnza vaccine so I could board him elsewhere. But the Vet checked him out and talked to me about brushing his teeth was detailed and very informative. Not like his current vet, looking to make this his primary vet now since they were so helpful!

Dr. Sharon was very attentive and great with my cat. She gave me very detailed instructions and the best care! Victoria and the assistant in training were helpful and knowledgeable as well. Price was great compared to my in town vet. I had to be be mindful because I'm on fixed income. Thanks to you all and Happy New Year!

It was my first time here, and they were great. They were so nice to my pup Gracie! She didn’t even realize she was getting a vaccine. The tasty treats they gave her probably helped :) I will use them again!

My first time here being out of state my new puppy needed his vaccines and they are amazing!!!! No wait time and all the ladies treated our pup with so much love he was so happy the whole time and they took the time to make sure he would not be traumatized worked as a group very professionally can't say enough positive things and the price was unbeatable! Only bad thing is we are going back home to Texas and I wished my pup could come here frequently as he loved every single one of them❤❤ thank you very much!!!

I drove an hour away to visit VetIQ because it was kind of urgent and the hour drive was def worth it. The VetIQ I visited was the St. Charles IL location and the staff there was so friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and trusted them to care for my fur baby. The service we received was from one of VetIQ's packages for vaccinations. I was able to go to the back with my fur baby while she was receiving her shots and they handled her so well. She took her shots like a champ, and allowed the vet assistant to hold and comfort her. The packagae was very affordable and I even received an additional discount upon payment. The young lady at the desk was even nice enough to write down information for their mobile bus that's closer and more conveinent for my fur baby and I. She was really nice and so helpful. I would recommend this VetIQ to family and friends for sure. Thank you again to the professional supportive staff.

I would definitely recommend this place! The service here was exceptional and they went above and beyond to make my dog, Sadie, feel so comfortable and loved during an uncomfortable time (getting shots etc.). I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will definitely be back with Sadie!

The doctor was so kind and compassionate with my dog, who was very nervous to have his heartworm test. Thank you for all you did to comfort him and take good care of him!

Dr. Sharon was wonderful when I brought Kaki and Scroogie for their first visit on 12/21/2023 at the location in Saint Charles (next to Meijers).They are older dogs that I am caring for and needed their vaccinations taken care off. The two assistants were very skilled and assisted the doctor during the visit. I got an appointment scheduled the same day. Thank you guys for your help!

I love vet IQ. Dr. Sharon had to move from Sycamore location where we live. I now travel to St Charles 20 miles away because we love the staff so much. My 50 lb Boomer is a total baby and they are so good to him. Makes thatvet trip so much less trauma. We even get liver sausage treats

They are always so sweet with our pup Ford. He is a very anxious dog when it comes to the vet and they take the time to give him treats and make him comfortable. I truly appreciate how much time they spend with him so he isn’t traumatized

I was pleasantly surprised that this vet clinic was walk in. I couldn’t get an appointment with my vet for more than a week. I Googled walk in clinics and this facility came up. I called and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I arrived about a half hour later and there was no wait. Then I was even more surprised that didn’t have to pay an appointment fee. I was charged for only the services provided. The Dr. Was knowledgeable and straightforward. Nothing fancy about this place and that’s ok because you aren’t paying for fancy, you’re paying to have your pet treated in a kind and caring manner. Thank you for the great prices and wonderful customer service! I think I found my new veterinarian!

The Staff at VetIQ is knowledgeable and so caring for animals and I received so much knowledge for caring for my cats and their issues it just such a pleasure bring my Fur Babies in for treatment and I really LOVED the cost... VETIQ is the best I just don't see myself going anywhere else... Piston Rod and Lumpy are doing just GREAT after their physical...

Excellent service and very friendly staff. A smaller clinic which is attached to the Meijer. Clean facility, transparent with prices and treatments. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, highly recommend! Both the vet and vet tech and very nice and caring, explain everything thoroughly, my go-to clinic for all routine vet care.

Brought my pets here for a vaccine that is a national shortage and this was the only place that had it. The service was great and the vet was friendly and thorough examining my dogs. The price was also very reasonable. I will more than likely return here again in the future.

We took our two dogs here and had an amazing experience! One of our pups is reactive to strangers, but they were very good about letting her settle and keeping her calm throughout her check up and shots. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, very understanding, and they are quick and efficient. They had good prices, and are great about answering any questions we had over the phone after our visit. Also we love their later hours, it allows us to go after work! Highly recommend them!
