The Village Eatery (off-site Catering only!)

Excellent establishment! Food is very good, and reasonably priced. Wait staff, and employees are friendly, and helpful. Ambiance is warm, and inviting, and very clean! I was with my children, and told them to pray before they eat. The hostess was at the table, stopped, bowed her head, waited until we finished, and said "Amen" with us! NEVER had that in ANY restaurant EVER!!! Excellent establishment! I will be back again!

Kind and courteous was the type of service I received today at the Riverdale eatery! Glad this town is investing back in itself. It was a beautiful experience. The place is nice and clean....even the window blinds were clean!!! Cleanliness is a plus for me. Oh yes....The food was good!!

Had an event in the private dinning area. Service was great, food was even better. Staff continued to check on myself and guest. I love that I can support a Black own business that’s reasonably priced and has a variety to offer. Will definitely be back!

Such a great addition to the area where they call home, it was a pleasure to be able to invite my family to this Venue for my mother’s Repast. We we’re able to reserve 90%of the entire place. The food was amazing and the hospitality from the staff was presidential!

Great food, very nice staff, good prices nice atmosphere. I usually call in my order on Friday after a long work week. I decided to dine in all by myself and I felt like I was at home sitting at the dinner table and enjoying my favorite program on the big screen television. I'm so glad they opened such a nice restaurant in my neighborhood.

My first time eating here in our new restaurant in Riverdale,IL. I must say it was an jaw dropping moment entering the doors, way above what I expected, good food and an experience I'm grateful to share with friends and the public. I pray other business coming into our town can meet the standards of our new eatery, nothing like having a touch of class in our small town, welcome and continued success.

This place has a great set up and very nice, clean and the ambiance was Awesome.. Street parking available.. I gave it five stars because they allowed our family to bring in our own food for a surprise birthday party..

Woke up this afternoon After my favorite Team Da Bears lost last night needed something to cheer me up and fill me up . Stopped in with my girl and my daughter and Grandchildren. AND had an amazing experience... at the village eatery in Riverdale and the food was amazing. Customer service was wonderful but again the FOOD WAS FREAKIN AMAZING! The atmosphere is great as well. It's a must have!

The meal I had was chicken and mac and cheese it was delicious. I did a call in and the food was piping hot, fresh and ready on time. I will be back im glad their in my neighborhood.

Quaint place in downtown Riverdale. Food is delicious and the decor is amazing. Nice sit-down and takeout restaurant. Waitress staff is friendly and accommodating.

1st time ordering there; I had order the TVE Special. My dinner was delicious, the staff was friendly, it was not a long wait for it. I will try it again another time.

Me n my fiancé decided to come in and check this place out we wud always see it but never go in...so today we decided to go in....aniyah our server/cashier was super sweet and friendly... the food was awesome i had the burger and fries fiance had the chicken and waffles both were really good and plated so pretty n neat....its quiet in here not lot of traffic which it shud be heavy traffic that whole restaurant is super clean well decorated and have such a warm inviting feel i really love all the art work n decor even have a room for big events n they cater even has a lil game room as well the prices here are very reasonable as well... definitely a hidden gem and great place to come definitely will b back

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! NICE ATMOSPHERE! YOU CAN EAT THE GOOD FOOD OR YOU CAN RENT THE WHOLE PLACE FOR A PARTY. I'VE DONE BOTH. WHEN I'M HAVING AN EVENT, I CHOOSE THIS PLACE. THE STAFF IS AWESOME AND THE FOOD IS AS WELL !!!!!!!!!
