Nice Place. Clean and the employees are really good at their service. I have been there couple of times and the customer service is really good.

Clean polite. Good selection of beer wine and liquor.

Sometimes products are expired when trying to purchase, however they do try to warn you before buying that item, or items, and is your choice at that point whether to buy products or not. Also the store is somewhat clean, however though they work late until about 11:00 p.m. every night, and open around 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. everyday, they appear to not little time to face food items, new items, or much else aside from stand behind the register, and await a new customers at the checkout.

A party store

Pay attention to what they try to charge you at the register 9/10 times they try to overcharge you beyond the advertised prices. This place should be shut down by the federal trade commission. Also, they never open on time, but that obviously isn’t as big of an issue.

Not my usual place to stop so perhaps this was an oddity. When I stepped up to the counter the cashier actually walked away soy stood at the register for 3 minutes. My purchase was two Pepsi products priced at two for $3.50 or one for $2.25. the cashier tried to charge me as if I bought two single pops when I corrected him he was obviously disgruntled and unhappy that I pointed this out. No apology was made for his error. Next time I'll find a different place to go. Even if I'm in a pinch.

All of other reviews saying they are rude are absolutely true, they play on their phone while your at the counter, and if they have to walk down the isle your shopping in you better get out out of their way. Do not give them any money. It's a trash shop in every way.

Worst liquor store I’ve been to in a while. Came for a quick purchase on my lunch break and the lady on the register was on her phone for at least 5 minutes before she tended to me.
Never again.

Very convenient location for me, but will never go again. Bad service every time! Every-time, every-time! Never smiling, clerk on the phone, does not even respond to hello most times…. Don’t go

Take your money elsewhere. The owner/clerk here has been rude every time I have stopped in. Recently I was turned away because a $20 bill is too big of a denomination to use there apparently. There are plenty of other establishments around that would appreciate the business more than Bronco Mart.

My brother and I was at bronco mart abt 1/2hr ago. That short chunky guy sold my brother a scratch off ticket. He scratched it off and won $100. He told the guy he won $100 and gave him the ticket to redeem his money. The guy held my brothers money and said, everyone gives me a tip for winning at my store. My brother said no I dnt have yo give u a tip. Give me my money. The guy said give me a $10 tip. My brother felt bullied into giving him the money just so he could get the money he had just won. I reported him to the MICHIGAN LOTTERY COMMISSION. On 2 other occasions that same guy tried to rip us off again. We bought items. We paid for them. He tried to tell us he didn't have the change to give us bk and to come bk later. So we said we want our money bk. He gave us a hard time bcus we wanted our change or our money bk. I am reporting him to the BBB.
