Bill was very professional, friendly, and on time. The work that they did was done very well, quickly, and in a way that we both agreed worked best. We had a gas line ran for a back up generator, and received a good price point/quote for the work to be done. I often do my own repairs but I had a problem with a furnace that was unusual. He helped me get a good used replacement. One that I could install easily. He even sold me a new replacement chimney at a very good price. The furnace I have now runs perfectly, his help and advice was very valuable to me. I know he didn't make much if any money helping me. I hope I can make up for it a little with what I'm writing. If you need any kind of HVAC service you'll never find a more honest service person.

PS I'm not what you'd call a regular customer I had only called him once before and that was over a decade ago.

This man is amazing. I called in to get my furnace fixed and despite mainly working alone with only one other assistant at age 55 and having 3 daughters, he still managed to do the job and do it right. Even for a very affordable price especially compared to the other heating and cooling companies. I am very confused about why he got one stars when he most definitely should not be. He is a very nice man and he made me feel a lot less stressed out about getting my furnace fixed. If I could give him more stars, I would. 10000/10, would recommend.
