Incredible place to shop for home goods, bedding, appliances, etc. The building is surprisingly large with 4 floors and escalators + an elevator connecting them all. Helpful staff and large domed ceiling make for an enjoyable experience.

Superb location close to Michigan Avenue, with a variety of great shops and restaurants nearby. Store has a huge collection of fine items, beautifully displayed. Staff is very kind, informative and helpful. Reserve some extra time when visiting thsi big and beautiful store. The building itself is an attraction.

Lovely in good sense old-fashioned big shop for home.
Everything is exposed in a lavish nice manner, assistants are attentive to the customer but not annoying.
Fantastic architectural details like those vitrage windows that are visible in the... Restrooms!

900 Shops are always a delight, particularly at holidays. Mood at Bloomingdale's is always casually lovely. Today I entered and heard Barbra Streisand singing. All is right with the world.

The smaller Bloomingdales that carries just the homes goods is such a beautiful place. Be sure to stop by and see it.

After a long day of working, I always find time to visit this store whether to shop or just window shopping or even just to roam. Inside of the store is a very elegant design and well-arranged products with very friendly staff. You can definitely find something to buy in this store as they also sell their products at a very affordable price which is really good.

Visited around 3 weeks ago. On the top floor browsing beds etc. Lovely member of staff started talking to us. Convinced me to try out a mattress. He gave us a lovely quick history of the store and wore a lovely bow tie. Great shopping/browsing experience

Saw lots of European decor, silver and China wear. Very tasty, stylish, top notch.

Everything is available here, including good brands of appliances and even to the smallest type of accessories truly this place has it all. The place is so pretty and very organized and that's what I love most about this place, the atmosphere is overwhelming and so relaxing. This is actually one of my favorite hangout places, the place is so grand and spacious to roam around.

Love this store. i have bought a number of wedding gifts on the second floor wedding department. They staff was very helpful and eager to help. The building itself is beautiful as it use to be the Medinah Temple. It still has the original stained glass windows which make it a beautiful site as you shop!

Bloomingdale's stores are also one of my favorite stores where I want to buy something for my home, especially for my kitchen. They have really nice items available for your kitchen even kitchen appliances and they are way affordable even without any sales how much if they are on sale. They have this nice set of plates in different lovely colors that everyone would love to have.

somewhat overpriced but the building is beautiful. the people there were super kind and helpful. the store is clean and put together. they have free cuisine and cooking instructions... for free. very nice.

I really enjoy my visits to the Bloomingdales Home store when I'm in Chicago - the coffee samples at Nespresso don't hurt either! This is a beautiful store in what used to be the Shriner's theater. There's original stained glass that you have to check out while you shop.

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. June is a crystal's expert upstairs, but she also helped me with finding luggage. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the products, spoke of her experiences and listened to what my needs were in order to provide the best recommendation. She was also a great resource for information on the building's history, which was cool to hear!

Surprisingly incredible deals with outstanding Customer service. The 900 shops and Medinah Home stores in Chicago are the best. So many wonderful sales people who make an extra effort to provide quality Customer service. Especially my Nespresso peeps. It's so nice to shop someplace for years and have great folks who you can rely on to provide an excellent experience. With the right touch of giving you enough space, informing you of the best deals ....and not being pushy.

We have purchased furniture from this location several times and delivery and customer service have been outstanding. This store carries the MG+BW line, too. Most recently, Luke S. truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect chair for my desk. He was incredibly helpful, especially considering it was not a particularly pricy purchase.

Bloomingdale's is I think has one of the cleanest department stores in town. I just love how their store looks and I always enjoy shopping in a very clean environment which I know anyone would also consider everytime they good for a shopping especially when they're with their little ones and the entire family. The workers also look very fresh and clean which is an added point.

The store is impeccably clean, including the restrooms. The employees are very helpful and always provide good customer service. The addition of the Nespresso shop is what keeps me coming here. I love Nespresso.

This is the nicest Bloomies I've ever been in, much nicer than the one in San Francisco. It's a throwback to the upscale department stores of my youth, with well dressed and knowledgeable staff in a sharp and well maintained store. So different than any place I've been in California...
