I want to comment on the new postal worker by the name of Carmen who delivers at Cottonwood Park Apts. Carmen always has a great attitude no matter what the weather conditions are and time of the day. I am truly blessed to have her on this route and the USPS need MORE people who is dedicated like she is. SHE IS AWESOME, and I had to write about her. Thanks Carmen

I’ll save you all the long story of the situation I’ve been dealing with, and just say that of the several USPS agents who have assisted me in the last couple days, no one holds a candle to Miss Carla at this location. She honestly went above and beyond to help me and I’m well aware that she could’ve just said “sorry, I can’t do anything”.
So thank you x100!

It’s just not a reliable location. They’re often not open when they say they are, especially on Saturdays. It’s pretty frustrating, when you can hear them in the back but the lobby is closed 15 mins after it’s supposed to be open
