Clete’s service was very fast/efficient/friendly. Andrew came out to tow my car to take it to the repair shop and he was extremely thorough with the entire process and picked up my car in less than 30 minutes from the time I called Clete’s. Thank you again!

I needed a tow for my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 this morning. Jaime answered the phone and promptly dispatched a truck and driver. The driver Mike arrived within 10 minutes and towed my truck to Firestone. Great customer service!

These guys were very friendly and very fast. We blew a tire in O’fallon, Illinois and could not find a replacement due to the time we needed to tow to St. Louis, MO. They had someone there within 15 to 20 minutes. Very courteous and professional.

I had an issue with my car when I was changing my oil. I called around and no one had availability, but multiple different shops recommended Clete's and I'm glad they did. I called and they got me in since it was a small project and they did an amazing job, and double checked the rest of my car and found another issue that would have been a major problem. They were professional and quick!

Worked with Mike to get my car picked up. It seemed to be a hybrid battery issue, so he started by offering a free jump. When that didn't work, he brought my car home at a very reasonable price. Super friendly and professional, would highly recommend.

Called cause I needed a tow fast. The gentleman who I talked to said it would be an hour before he could get to me. I told him to call me before he leaves so I could meet him at my vehicle. He called back a half hour later and I met him at my vehicle and got it towed back to my house and for a good price since my house was 6 miles away.Anyway Clete's is A-1 in my book.

This business saved our trip! We really appreciate you towing us in and diagnosing our wiring problem for a reasonable price. Being out of town and broke down was no fun but Cletes took us in on an emergency when everyone else was booked out 3 weeks!

First time working on my car, have used their towing before. The gentleman who towed us was totally professional and courteous, got there quick and was very helpful. As far as working on our car, they got us in very quickly, even though it was a day before they were taking a holiday. Got our vehicle done earlier than they estimated and the price they charged us was considerably lower than anyone else's. Very happy with our experience with Clete's, they have a customer for life! Locally owned business, that is very important to us, should be to everyone, Support you local businesses, people!

Steering was scary and noisy. Clete's knew exactly what was wrong on the phone and gave an estimate of $300 instead of $3.000 like the the shop in Granite. Work was performed on time under the estimate - actually the day prior to the schedule. Friendly, honest, highly recommend.

Ron is awesome! Honest and hard working staff. Great communication, Ron keep you updated the entire time he is working on your car. I only take my cars to Clete's!

We had a shredded tire and AAA recommended Clete’s. The entire experience was exemplary — from AAA towing the vehicle to Clete’s to the repair. Clete’s gave us a quote within an hour. We had them replace all four tires and They gave us a great price on Yokohama Tires. The company is great, the personnel friendly and professional. We will certainly use Clete’s again and we will recommend them to others.

My wife's van quit and she parked it in a parking lot in Fairview Heights. I called Clete's and they said it would be about 90 minutes. they were early. they towed it to the repair shop with zero issues. and the price from Fairview to Collinsville was very reasonable. Don't call anyone else-they are the pro's

Hear a loud noise when turning the heater on, and an electrical whine when coming to a stop. Took it to Cletes and they were able to repair it in 2 days. Ron is great and very forthcoming with all information. They are not the cheapest in town by far. But good work isn’t cheap, and generally cheap work isn’t good.

I have used Clete's for many of my vehicle issues and have used them for towing as well. Very professional and great to work with! They will do anything they can to help you! Highly reccommend!
