I dropped off my car Sunday night due to brake dust on my front tires and a screeching sound and Monday morning Eric said he checked my calipers, rotors, and brakepads, cleaned off the brake dust, took it for a test drive around, checked brake temperatures, and determined that nothing was wrong.

Most mechanics would find any reason to charge me extra, but Eric only charged me $40 for the service and I drove it home same day, much less squeaky and cleaned of the brake dust.

I will definitely be coming back here again for future car maintenance.

Eric and CJ are great. They work with the customer to get the work done. If you find parts cheaper you can take it to them and only charged labor. Eric has told me if parts were cheaper somewhere else to get them and can have the delivered to his shop to be installed. This is my go to place for any car repair.

Great place. How do you find an honest auto repair shop? Usually by word of mouth. So here is my word of mouth: you can believe everything they tell you, from what is wrong to how much it will cost to when it will be repaired. The repair job he did on my car was $20 more than he quoted so he gave me a $20 credit. I wouldn't have known it if I hadn't read my receipt. They have all of my business from now on. Worth the drive.

I heard of Helping Hands from a neighbor. I had been looking for a good mechanic and my neighbor told me I wouldn't find anyone better. So I went there and was very pleased. I have been back many times and have never been disappointed. These guys are polite and do timely, high quality, conscientious work. I am very pleased and I know ypu will be too.

I'm extremely impressed with this business . I've never heard of this business but people I know recommended them and I decide to go to this place . First , I called in the morning explained what was wrong with my car and the guy who answered was so helpful and nice ! The guy Eric was super nice . I highly recommend them .
