El Milagro Tortilla

This place is a 5 stair based on food alone. The cost is really reasonable. Their tacos are not for the faint of heart, as they are very hearty. The tamales are amazing. The beef stew is so flavor and delish!! I love it here.

The best tacos in Chicago, Legendary. It's been years since I haven't had El Milagro tacos, since I moved back it's still just as delicious as I remember. The team here are incredibly nice too!

I go to this place every now and then to restock on tortillas! The restaurant is very clean and the tacos are amazing. I always go for the lengua one.

5 stars easy. Best tacos in Chicago. You only need 2, maybe 3 if you're hungry hungry. Rice, beans, and slaw all come on it. You need the fork. Pork with green sauce is outstanding. Real steak pieces not the chopped up little stuff. Same with the chicken. All seasoned very well.

My wife and I enjoyed this place and we will be coming back although it's a bit of distance away. But we'll worth the travel and wait!!! Just bring a knife to cut up your food if you're not use to tearing meat apart with your hands/torillas.

Love this place. The fresh tortillas are even better than store bought (which are already the best).

And the food they serve on them are next level!

It was packed in here on Saturday afternoon so i took that as a sign that the food is good. Cafeteria style. Quick, friendly service, fresh food, big portions & reasonable prices. During covid, they had a temperature checker at the front and tall plexiglass booths where you can eat. I got the huevos en salsa w rice & beans on it, guisado de res & puerco en salsa verde all on flour tortillas. Also got the flauta, pork & chicken tamales. Metered parking. Would definitely return.

I enjoyed eating at this place. The food was very tasty and delicious great place too dine in. When dine inn you pay first for the food after you are asked how many people you came in with and you get an assigned table. It is a small place. As far as drinks only cans coke products or flavored Mexican water drinks. For me i chose this tacos and BOY THEY ARE HUGE ! I ordered 4 only ate 2! But soo delicious! 😋 I'm not picky eater i just said load up as is advertised OMG AMAZING! 🤩🤩 You can get thing aside if you like. Never had tacos like this and were delicious!

I love this place so much. Great food, service, and you can buy the best tortillas on the planet next door for 50 cents. The salsa here is the best I’ve ever had.

My good friend Jose introduced me to El Milagro back in 2013. What a place. I think they have the best taco's in the city/suburbs. This place rocks!

Authentic Mexican with fast service, great prices & hearty portions. I come here often and service is always fast and efficient. Expect a crowd during the evening hours and on weekends. Parking can be difficult but not impossible. I was pleasantly surprised one Sunday when I walked in and there was and entire mariachi group serenading the guests for about and hour. The space is tight but welcoming.

Possibly the best tacos I’ve ever had. The pork with green sauce was on a different level. They’re pretty large so I’d suggest only getting two

4 burrito s, $38.00, other place I went, $19.00 ONE,? Wat da hey my math sux, and size does count. Also a free commerative milagro hat, hopefully everyone can actually see menu, most recent.

In my opinion, the best tacos in all of Chicago. You can’t go wrong with a carne asada taco and a pollo asado taco. The cabbage mix they add just works! I can’t explain it. You gotta try it.

Line was long and place was crowded but we managed to find a a table for 5. Got in line and ordered five different items. Guisados de Res dinner , Puerco in salsa verde dinner, a carne asada torta ,a plain Taco of carne asada and a chili relleno dinner. To drink I ordered 3 agua horchata and a champurrado. Sat down to eat I had an issue with my chili relleno but there was no problem the head person came over and offered me another plate at no charge everything was very good I even took carryout home to my husband

Great food. The tamales are great. I luv the pineapple n pecan desert tamales. I like the lunch counter order setup.great Mexican food.. the tacos, tortas, and burritos lend themselves to fine car dining. The Best tasting Napalitans ever!

Jan 2022 I got the Puerto n salsa verde dinner plate. The flavors r off the the charts. I was dissapointed to see 1/2 of the cubicles taken down. We opted for a cubicle. They started doing the proof of vaccination to enter- I was glad this is place. I felt more comfortable. March 2022- puerco en salsa verde- delicious. I appreciate the cleaning up they do.after each table is vacated. They took down the cubes of plexiglass. I thought they were good . Seating is very tight. Some r very inconsiderate

If you want a real taco with flavor and substance this is your spot. All the food is fresh and high quality. Enjoy!

Always good food here. Tomales are amazing. Only complaint from me is they don't have cilantro. Only thier own cold slaw mixture.

Been coming here for 25 years! Still just as good! The best tacos in the city!
