Memorial Park Cemetery

Howard Fox handled our Mom's burial and has been terrific at covering all the loose ends and details. She was 94 years old and enjoyed a good life.

He kept our family posted while my sister coordinated the funeral home and then the cemetery timetable.

We've had many family members involved and Howard assessed everybody's opinion and helped us stay focused.

Memorial Park Cemetery staff was exceptional during this difficult time. The mausoleum is beautiful, as well as the grounds. Most of the initial experience was by phone or email. Enrique was our point of contact; he was kind, respectful and well organized.

I like this cemetery because it looks like a heaven I already have two loved ones there, the service is professional and fast

Every one I dealt with at Memorial Park Cemetery was extremely kind and professional. This includes Family Service Counselor Elena Levin. Her manner was so respectful and empathetic! She made sure that my grieving experience was fully supported and free from any extra anxiety.

Both of my parents rest at memorial Park cemetery the grounds are taken care of immaculately there I would suggest memorial Park to anyone

Staff was accommodating and all arrangements were completed with ease. Burial crew was very respectful during the burial service.

Tom Bianchi went beyond the call of duty to help us with my moms memorial service! He is kind, compassionate, caring and communicates very well! We loved the way they set up the graveside service with the beautiful green tent and comfortable chairs! We can’t say enough about how pleased we were. We also loved how they allowed us to take turns placing soil on the grave. This really meant a lot to all of us!

My parents, aunts/uncles and cousins, all bought cemetery spaces next to each other in Memorial Park in the early 1950s. I have vivid childhood memories of accompanying my parents and siblings to the cemetery on holidays to say "hello" to our relatives.

Recently I lost my mother, the last of her generation, and had the good fortune to be assisted in my decision making by Julian Moldovan at Memorial Park.

At a time of great sorrow and immense stress due to my loss I quickly realized that there were dozens of decisions that had to be made in a very short period of time. Julian gently guided me, keeping me focused, informed and sane as he lead me through the process. What an amazing professional.

I want to mention that the cemetery is as peaceful and majestic looking as I remember it from my childhood. The groundskeepers truly deserve a big thanks.

My Mom is buried here along with her family. She passed away in December of 2014, The Cemetery staff was so helpful in finding a spot closest to my mothers family. They informed me that there was a plot in the family lot that we did not know about. They are very honest because they could have sold me another grave to make the money. They were so helpful from beginning to end. I dealt with Casey and felt that she was so compassionate and truly cared. I am so grateful for all they have done to make this difficult time a little easier. My mother always wanted to be buried next to her parents and they made that happen. Truly grateful!

We live downstate and came up to visit the gravesite of several of my wife's relatives who were related to her great grandpa. We made the mistake of not calling ahead and got there late on Saturday, after their office had closed. I called and left a message asking for information about their office hours, and planned to find out the plot ID's for our relatives so next time we were there we could just go the gravesites. On monday one of their staff, Deanna DeSimone, called me back to answer my questions. She was extremely helpful, and when she learned we were getting pictures to share with relatives overseas, she took my email address and by the end of the day she emailed me the plot information, a map of where they were in Memorial Park, and a picture of each headstone. She went well beyond what I expected, was genuinely interested in meeting our needs, and was just a very helpful person. Thanks Deanna!

I can't say enough nice things about Rebecca Janic. She has been extremely helpful and attentive to our family's needs. She is always caring and pleasant, willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. Working with her and the rest of Memorial Park staff has been seamless and easy. I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Memorial Park Cemetery are extremely accommodating if you need assistance. I have called them several times over the years when looking for ancestors gravesites. Most recently, April 2020, Deanna DeSimone helped me and in minutes she had the answer. She additionally offered to email me a map of the cemetery and the section I needed. I really appreciate her friendly helpful assistance.

I would like personally thank Memorial Park Administrator Rebecca Janic for all her help with purchasing plots from a private seller.
Rebecca not only answered all my questions over phone and email, but helped me and a former owner to identify the plots by marking them with red flags.
Rebecca has sent all the requested papers, cemetery rules and regulations for my review.

I had occasion to speak with your representative, Deanna Desimone to inquire about the location of a grave. I found Ms Desimone to be professional and courteous. She located the site in a timely manner. At that time I inquired about 2 other family members that should have been at another cemetery.
She proceeded to look up the two additional names and because of Ms. Desimone, I have discovered all three family members were placed together.
It is so comforting to have this information and to have someone like Ms. Desimone who is skilled and patient.

I worked long distance with Rebecca Janic over a four month period in transferring 6 lots within our family. She was extremely helpful and corresponded immediately with any questions or concerns that arose.
