You know how it is to get lost in Home Depot and nobody and I mean no body will ever help or answer your questions. For this reason, this shop is incredible. It’s your answer to your prayers or any questions. They will provide personal service and help, and give you all options and advice. You are appreciated and your service and I hope more people will support smaller businesses like this.

If been going t to this neighborhood hardware store since 1975. The owners are the children of the people I dealt with in 1975. Family run.

This is a very friendly and family owned hardware store. It is wonderful to be able to walk there and get all the help you need to fix whatever you have in your old house in the neighborhood. Highly recommended from a customer of 41 years.

I have been going to Harold's for years and they are so helpful every time.
They have everything you might need, and usually in various sizes, even
tho you can't see all their inventory. Very knowledgeable staff. Even if
you don't know what that little "thingy" is that came off the inside water
pipe, they know what you mean and have one in the right size to
replace it. Won't find that level of attention and service in the big box
stores.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I have been going here for 20 years and they have helped me with countless repair and improvement projects. The best!

I have read all the comments about Harold's and they are wonderful. I agree whole heartedly with every one of them. Its a family run business - all men and Sue. She is amazing - Last summer we could not figure out how to hang my geranium planters on the wrought iron railing. We told her our thoughts and she went right to it - created the best hanging situation we could have wished for and her idea saved us a ton of money. How 'bout that?!! They are all always smiling, calm and ever so helpful. Why go anywhere else when Harold's has it all!!

Incredibly helpful staff, always easy to find someone. They showed me various products and pointed out that with my simple problem, the cheapest one would work. Didn't try to sell me something pricier. answered all my questions.

Started going there more than 40 years ago as a teenager. They most always have what I need and they're so much more knowledgeable than most big box store employees. Take a step back in time and get what you need.

Harold's is the reliable neighborhood hardware store that everyone goes to. They have far more in their inventory than the store's size would lead you to believe. Highly recommended 🛠

There were two extremely helpful gentlemen who worked there. One who worked in the key cutting area and another who was putting things on the shelves.

Truly special place - SERVICE!!!! It's worth paying a couple bucks more than you'd pay Amazon or Home Depot to keep them in business!!!!! And you will benefit by the service every time!!!! This store and the guys that work there care!!
