Sunset Memorial Lawns

I have nothing but great things to say about Sunset Memorial! My mother has been resting there for years and the up keeping is phenomenal. The service we received was very heartwarming during our times of need. Mrs. Alice was our point of contact and has been there in every along the way. Thank you for all that you have done for our family!

During Covid place was not keep up we just visited my wife mother in June place is a lot cleaner lawn and the headstone was cleaned up 2023

Over the years they have been very comforting to my family and friends. The service was excellent and professional always expecially Mrs. Alice was there with words of comfort and showing love.

Very grateful to staff-person Midge, who helped me pull up detail on a funeral here in 2011, with very little data to go on..in April of 2020.

The cemetery itself is nice. Can't say the same about a member of the staff. When my mother passed away in Dec 2022, my Dad picked this place for my mom to be buried at. At that time, we worked with Alice. She was pleasant and helpful. My Dad was supposed to purchase a plot for himself but he never did. Just before my father passed, I spoke with Alice and she remembered my Dad and had made sure to reserve the spot next to my mom for him. Today, I spoke with a woman in the office with initial M.S. (didn't get her name). She was incredibly rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. There was a man in the office that did offer his condolences and seemed pleasant but whoever this M.S. is, she needs to find another line of business to work.

When your loved one passes away, you expect to be treated with kindness, understanding, and decency. At Sunset Memorial you will be treated like a purchaser of a used car. Felix will lie to you and you will have to believe him because you don't have much choice under the circumstances. That's how he runs that business, and if you're shopping around for prices, what he tells you is going be more when it's time to pay. He's a scumbag, pure and simple.
