I have tried resolving an issue with this company for a few years, about removing myself from my grandfather's insurance policy with this company. After I moved, the company continued to charge him for me on his account. I changed my address and have my own insurance. I even faxed a copy of my license to prove I had moved and that I needed to be removed from the policy. Still the company charged the account $200 extra dollars, and when I was on the phone with the representative, he basically cut me off mid-conversation when I was trying to resolve the issue. I have the fax report proving they received the copy of my license, but he continued to state they never got the fax and handed the phone back to my grandfather as I was protesting, refusing to listen. So I drove over to the office in person, to show my license in person, and show the report proving the fax was received. I was not greeted by anyone as I walked in the door, and had to go looking through several rooms to find anyone working, and then I wasn't even acknowledged as he was on the phone for a quote. From there, it only got worse--his story changed to the fax was just blank sheets, and that I must have faxed it wrong in an extremely rude and mocking tone, as if to make me feel or look stupid. I mentioned the fact that he basically hung up on me mid-conversation and he just blew me off and said, "You're not insured with us, so I don't have to listen." The entire experience was extremely off-putting and unsettling. The worst customer service experience I've ever had. He literally did everything he could to avoid crediting back money that shouldn't have been charged in the first place and then was rude and mocking about it. I feel I had to go to extreme unnecessary lengths just to prove I no longer live at a residence so I would not be charged on that insurance account.

Don't waste your time. Unprofessional and mostly clueless. After working for weeks with them on a quote they decided they could not insure me because of the condition of my one of my out buildings. What joke.
