"How do people buy furniture that doesn't fit in their home?!?" I'm pretty sure I said that at some point in my life. And that's where we ended up...new home, awkward closet...and the movers try as they might cannot get the large sectional piece through our doors. PANIC. There was a very clear sign for no refunds.

However, the owner knew this story and was so professional and helpful!! We came back in looked at other options and they were instrumental in making sure we picked the right thing to go in our home. Everything from measurements to showing us options, choosing fabric and comfortability.
We found new furniture, had it delivered and setup today. We couldn't be happier with the comfort and look. The service has made us customers for life!!

And can we talk about how awesome the delivery service was, Morgan Movers?!?

My husband found this business on Facebook on Thursday. We met there Friday (yesterday) after work and had a sectional couch picked out and set up for delivery Saturday (today) within 30 minutes of our arrival. Everything was no pressure with Mark, like walking in just talking to a friend!
This morning the delivery guys showed up and even though our house is awkward and they had to walk this giant sectional and ottoman all the way around the house, through a garden lined in small boulders, through the fenced in dog area, into the back door and then make a 90 degree turn into the dining room without hitting counters or a fish tank the guys just rolled with it and were SUPER nice! They did this with all 3 pieces and all the cushions in freezing temperatures and of course it started to snow. When they left they even shut the gate to the dog area without being asked! Very thoughtful, no deliveries we have had have ever done that!
You guys are so awesome, we very much appreciate the 5 star service we got!
The couch looks great in our giant empty living room. Can’t wait to spend the day decorating and having a super huge comfy sectional to enjoy with our 3 month old Granddaughter tonight!

Mark was very helpful and simplified the selection process. His straight forward knowledge was refreshing after mattress shopping at other places with fancy and confusing technology, terminology and super high price tags. We appreciated his honesty and great communication. All three mattress sets we purchased are very comfortable and we are happy customers!

Mark was very timely, professional, and honest about the quality of each of his mattresses. With his help I was able to quickly purchase the exact mattress I was looking for at a very reasonable price. I anticipated delivery being the following day at very soonest as we met at his store fairly late in the day. However he offered to deliver the mattress to my home as soon as the purchase was complete. Very pleased with my experience.

So just to lay the ground work we had visited and looked at probably 5 different furniture stores within 48hrs. So good some not so. The customer service at Affordable started before I even got there. I had called number on the door to confirm hours or if an appt was needed. Before they even opened I got a call from Trevor letting me know he was there early that we could come by early then I also got a follow up text letting me know too. Great place, bought two mattress, and one box spring. Most comfortable mattress I have ever had, so when we needed to replace the second one was no question where to go!!!
Owners are amazing to work with, educated us on the type of mattress and the pro’s & con’s of each. No pressure, honest, trustworthy & easy to work with. I would highly recommend going here for your mattress needs. I have shopped many other shops & they have made it easy on me.......now I only go to Affordable Mattress!!

Furniture is hard to find at the moment but now that I have all my furniture I will share my secret.. lol. This place is amazing. They have the best customer service. The environment is relaxing. The furniture is beautiful ,well made and they are always willing to work with you to get you the furniture you want. I highly recommend them. I have been to 8 other locations to find furniture but nothing could compare to them.

What a wonderful, fast and easy experience. I’ve been to mattress stores that charge way too much and searching online just made me too weary. With affordable mattress, I was able to make a same day appointment, stop by after work and get my mattress in no time! They even helped me load it into the truck! By far the easiest purchase I’ve made in awhile!!

Excellent service, they had stock!! May not be name brand but decent quality. We went to 5 places before here.. couldn't get a mattress anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks.. they had a nice one in stock and we took it home same day.. they deliver too.

Mark was a great guy. I feel like most salesmen try to take you for everything your worth but Mark took our situation into account and really helped us make a decision without taking all of our money and delivered it to us same day.

Great store. The salesman isn’t high pressure but knows everything there is to know about mattresses. I’ve been going to The Sleep Center for years and wasting my money on low quality mattresses. This store has the best quality mattresses with the best price in the Southwest Michigan Area!
