The staff are so helpful and nice. I had questions about a medication and the pharmacist was so patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend!

After dealing with the headache of the Walgreens pharmacy on Touhy in Niles for a few years, I decided to try out prohealth pharmacy and all I can say is wow. When I was going through walgreens, I had delay after delay and they would never get my prescriptions right. I called prohealth, they transferred all my prescriptions, and filled them within a timely manner. I didn't have to play middle man like I did when I was going through walgreens. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks prohealth!

I absolutely love this pharmacy. The staff are so nice & polite. The pharmacist is extremely courteous. They always have time to talk to me and they answer the phone when I call. I switched from Walgreens- which was always crowded, they never answered the phone, they were always rushing me, it just wasn't a great experience being with Walgreens. I'm very happy I switched pharmacies! Thank you guys for being so great! You are appreciated! :)

Over time, Walgreens increased mistakes and had longer lines and higher prices, so I looked elsewhere. This place is like a high end boutique of pharmacies with Salvation Army store prices. I have never had such quality service, including getting me a brand for thousands less than any other pharmacy. I hear they can compound if you need that. They personalize service, allow me to email questions or refill requests, offer to deliver, and get it right. Who could ask for anything more?

Great pharmacy and pharmacists here! Heard about this pharmacy from a friend and had my prescription transferred here since it wasn’t covered on my insurance. The pharmacist found a coupon for me and charged me way less than any other big chain pharmacy! Not to mention they have a Covid care package including hand sanitizers, face shields, and face masks for cheap. Got myself one when I went into pick up my prescription. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Great pharmacy with a friendly staff!! Very easy to work with and have always delivered meds on time as expected! They always have gone the extra mile to explain how/when to take the meds and any extra questions we have.
They also offer FREE home delivery!

Had amazing experience at Prohealth pharmacy. I had a medication that had to be compounded and my doctor sent the script after their cut off for delivery time for that day. I called the pharmacy to ask if it could be delivered before the end of that day and they said that they would. The medication was compounded and delivered before the end of the day for me. The pharmacist also called me to counsel me on the new medication and was very polite and easy to talk to. Would 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone!

As the name suggests, consummate professionals, highly knowledgeable, don’t seem overworked or strained or beset by shortages , conveniently located in medical professional building. Kindly tight-knit staff.

I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. It's a private pharmacy who really takes excellent care of their customers. They delivered my meds when I lived in Chicago and now in Skokie.
