Prairie Place Family Dental

I decided to change dentists because I was tired of overpaying for my out of network dentist. Although, they were very friendly and close to home, I couldn’t justify it anymore.
I am extremely pleased with my initial visit to this office at prairie place family dental. The hygienist was very professional and thorough. I liked how she explained all the process and seemed very knowledgeable of everything. She offered some teeth whitening services based on the new patient forms I filled out, so I bought those at a reasonable price. I’m very excited to try them. The office was very clean and orderly. All the staff members wear these earpieces to communicate with each other, so I really appreciated the calming quiet atmosphere that it created.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! They explained everything they were doing and went over pricing thoroughly. I loved that they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. Great place!

I have to rewrite my review. I've had some VERY bad past experiences with dentists in the past but after 37 years Prairie Place Family Dental rid me of that horrible phobia. I went there with the intent of getting all my teeth pulled which I'll admit was what I though was my only course of action. Dr and his amazing Hygenist Brittany knew of my worries and assured me I was in good hands and BOY OH BOY they weren't kidding! Not only am I on my way to preserving what I feel is one of my most endearing qualities but they treat me like I've been a patient for years. We laugh, talk about our days, we have actually interaction! It's really nice to actually look forward to going to the dentist I highly recommend anyone in the Morris area to give them a chance I can personally guarentee you won't be disappointed! By far the best team I've ever allowed near my mouth! I cannot thank you good people enough!

Went back to get some work done and YET AGAIN was made SUOER comfortable. I almost fell asleep while they were working on me! Absolutely INCREDIBLE doctor/patient relationship. I found mine and my families forever dentist! Thanks to all the AMAZING staff at Prairie Place Family Dental.

As many do, I suffer from a fear of dentist rooted in a bad experience as a child. Prairie Place has always been very patient and understanding. The techs do a great job of making me feel comfortable and the doctors have never made me feel rushed. Today’s appointment was to adjust my night guard and the doctor was patient and took his time to make sure it was comfortable. Thank you!

Very pleasant from the time I walked in the door . Staff was wonderful.
Dr explained everything in detail. Very gentle and compassionate.

I’ve always been uneasy with dentists, so much so I hadn’t gone in over 15 years. From the moment you walk in their state of the art facility, you’re greeted with smiles and warmth from the entire staff.

I must say though Jamie is truly the star of the show! She explains everything in detail, asks if you’re in pain or have any concerns and is attentive the entire time. Even though this was only my 3rd time in today (5/15/23) she remembered me and even asked questioned pertaining to our last conversations, meaning you’re not just another client or number in their system, you’re a valued guest that is remembered like a friend!

If you’ve been hesitating going to the dentist because you’re afraid give them a chance like I did, you won’t regret it and you might even be wowed enough to write a review like I did! Thanks Prairie Family Dental! Keep up the great work ethics!

Very nice staff and very understanding of what your emergency/needs are with no judgment. I really appreciate the love and care behind this dentist office and their staff. I'm very terrified of needles and I couldn't even tell he gave me a numbing shot! Absolutely 10/10 RECCOMEND!

I have a lot of apprehension going to the dentist, especially when I have an issue to be addressed. This office from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor are extremely calming while being informative and professional. I think I’ve finally found my dental home.

After a bad experience at Aspen, I needed an emergency dental visit for new patient. The girls at the front desk were so nice! Katelyn the Dr's assistant was an amazing Sweetheart!(sorry for squeezing your hand so tightly! 🤦)! And last but not least, Dr Khatlan took amazing care of me. So kind!

From the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentist, it was a very positive experience! The office is immaculate and tastefully decorated. They have state of the art equipment. They were very punctual, which I love. They have convenient and available appointments!

This place is fantastic. The dental assistants are friendly and caring. The dentist is friendly, informative and comforting. He was able to calm my anxieties and fix my tooth with no pain at all!

Everything was great from front desk check in, xrays, cleaning and Dr came in and did the cancer light screening. All good! I needed a filling and Dr did it at that time. Everyone was polite and it was a positive experience all the way to check out.
