Matt and the team at the St. Charles facility are awesome! They are honest with me and have caught things the dealership has not. This time the dealership told me I needed a repair that was over $600. I brought it in and Matt said it was a $2 part. I trust their advise. And they can always make time for me when the dealership takes weeks to get in to.

Expert service, knowledgeable but not pushy. Consistently good service work on my car. Clean waiting area. Informative. Great communication from when I make the appointment, to arrival, to providing an inspection report - all via text or email if you like technology which I do. Not pushy on the inspection, but informative and helpful.

Jon, Derek, and Ryan were all wonderful to work with! They are all very nice and professional. They took me as a walk-in on short notice and had me in and out very quickly. The price was so much better than any other place I’ve been. I’m very satisfied with their service! Great job guys, and keep it up! First tried Suburban Tire a couple of years ago because they are close to our house. I have been nothing less than impressed on every visit. They have reasonable prices and do great work. Most importantly, I trust them! I once brought the car in for something I wasn't sure about...ended up being a sticking electronic e-brake. I was prepared to pay for all new brakes, but they inspected, cleaned, and adjusted them and sent us off with no charge. The trust they built through that experience will keep us going to Suburban Tire for our auto needs.

I drove an hour just to go to this location. The technician Carlos Soto is one of the best out there. His dedication to doing the job correctly and with quality is why he stands out compared to other shops and technicians. Matt Suwanski, who took care of me when I came in, was the epitome of professionalism. Friendly greeting, listened to my concerns, made sure they were addressed and fixed. Recommend both of them to everyone. Well worth the trip!!!

The Geneva shop is great! I had a complex electrical problem that caused my Buick Encore to go wack-o when I tried to start. His technicians diagnosed and repaired. It took some doing, but now, it's purrrring like a kitten! Actually, it's roaring like a tiger! No problems! Thanks Suburban Tire (and more)!

I used this business for a set of 4 tires. Already my ride is smoother after I purchased the recommended tires. I also did some of my own research and I really liked what I saw when it came to reviews and warranties. Right off the bat, Jon immediately gave me some great recommendations! He found me a deal that was perfect for my budget. He was very upfront and straightforward, which I personally think is a good way to do business. I appreciate the customer service that I received from this company and it’s employees that I interacted with. There were no hidden fees and everything was priced out the door. I appreciate that they knew I had a budget to stick to and actually stood by their word. I have found the place I would like to take my car to for care (If applicable of course, as I came from out of town). Even when I used the bathroom they had 2 types of toilet paper for you to choose from, 2 of the most popular brands I may add. To me that just says a lot about the freedom of choice you have at this place, as they can get a variety of tires to fit a variety of budgets 😂 and they didn’t sacrifice toilet paper comfort by using 1 ply, they give YOU the choice ! I recommend coming here for your tire needs.

The tire pressure on my car was very low and the light came on saying I need to get it filled. I went over to suburban tire and they took me in and checked all my tires and filled them and didn’t charge me a thing. I definitely will go back there when I need tires. They were very pleasant. Had a great experience.

I have been a customer of Suburban Tire in St Charles for a while. I started using them after I was not happy with another tire dealer. Since, I have purchased two sets of tires for two different vehicles from Suburban Tire, an alignment, tire rotations, rim leaks, nitrogen fill, and TPS replacement. I have found John and his team to be hard working, yet friendly, welcoming, and very customer oriented. I will be purchasing another set of tires for my wife's car soon and will always tap into John for his recommendation related to tire choice.

I have been going to Suburban tire since I started driving and they had the location by Mt. St. Mary's Park in St. Charles. They are always good to me there and I have never had an issue after my car has been serviced there. I tend to take her to the dealer when possible so this is the next best thing imo.

The report card thing is neato- Helps me see and prioritize the repairs I need done in a digestible way.

Jon was super! We needed an emergency oil top off and he accommodated us absolutely no problem. We got great feedback from the techs that our car is using up too much oil so now we’ll be able to investigate further. We were not even charged for this!! I will be getting my tires from them soon ❤

I came to this shop (near my mom’s house) and got in right away for a tire rotation and a front end assessment. They were kind and courteous. I can’t get the repairs I need (though they offered to fix it the next day they were open) because I live out of state. But, they did give me an unbiased, detailed report, so that I have something to compare to when I take the car back home to my mechanic. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience when I bought a new set of tires and wheels. I had a general idea of what I wanted and Jon was able to help get me the best performing and looking products based on what I needed. His communication was quick and kind during the process and within two days the products were ordered and installed on my new truck. They had me in and out quickly and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Matt was so responsive and awesome to work with. We had a hitch installed on our 2022 Sienna and it was a seamless process with good pricing. I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Everything went right - super nice AND doing great work.
