Man these haters on google…. You act like this place is garbage…. Far from it… this is 4-5 star all day….the review about a hot dog 😂 YOU ordered a hot dog what do expect? It says what comes on it 😂 Karen and Ken for sure….

The food is quality, and the cooks do a good job. It’s better than your traditional bar foods. I was going to give it 4 but then I read all the reviews, so the 5 star is making up for the 3 stars…

Negative: staffing, not enough servers.
Negative: more Queso and guacamole with chips.
Negative: Beer cheese on fries wasn’t that good, super gritty. Just melt some cheese bro and toss some bacon on it. 🔥
Negative: have a kids menu with chicken tenders.
Negative: ditch the signage out front, screams “bar only” try something fancy to draw attention. Should match the one inside….

Will be back to try pizza and have drinks on Sunday. Left the waitress a 20, she was handling 6+ tables and a party of 10. Crushed it..

So glad they renovated Sahm’s restaurant. Now it’s Hoss! The reno cleaned it up quite a bit. Lost that stale smoke air. Much nicer now! Great menu! The kitchen has some pretty great tastes. We were there on opening night and the meatloaf was really good. But the mashed potatoes were spectacular. This time we tried the chips and dip as an appetizer. So fancy! Then the Frisco Hoss (burger) and fries. Even tried their peanut butter frozen White Russian. Not much peanut butter, but the Kahlua was tasty.

Our lunches were superb. Generous portions. Fish was very fresh and the batter very light and crunchy served over a huge portion of skin on French fries. Was easily the best fish and chips I have ever had. We are already planning our return trip.

Angie took great care of us! Poutine was delicious!! We enjoyed the Crab Cakes & Indiana from the specials menu!!! Highly recommend you go enjoy before menu changes!

We couldn’t wait to try Hoss Bar & Grill. We love all the Sahm’s restaurants and this one didn’t disappoint! The “grilled bries” sandwich was delicious and the fries were the classic Sahm’s fries. They had several dipping sauces which were also fantastic. Great selection of beers as well! We will definitely be back.

We visited for the first time today and 10/10 would recommend!! The food is so interesting and fun. Also, our server A.J. was INCREDIBLE! He was warm, welcoming, and funny.

We’ll be bringing more people here!

The buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing, as were the fries. Kids meals were huge.

Honestly their food is just insane. Been several times and keep coming back for the low key laid back vibe, cocktails on tap, kind and friendly wait and bar staff, and the scratch kitchen. All meat options for burgers and hotdogs come in vegan/plant based options as well. Their fries are hand cut talking almost for sure one upping pen station with the crisp to soft potatoe ratio. The margarita is just… order one and then order more food. The Caesar salad with garlic rice crisped. The perfectly toasted bun for my vegan dog. The insane black bean soup. I just can’t even say enough. Great drinks food and staff every single time.

First time eating here and it was absolutely delicious! Friendly service and very reasonable prices! Will eat here again!

We are in town for a tumbling competition and stopped for lunch and WOW!!!!! The vibe of the place is so chill and cozy! The food is amazing! We had our 8 yo who is sooo picky and even she was happy!
The pickle sticks are a must have!
My husband have the fire burger which was amazing!
The pizza was also amazing I had Buffalo sauce with chicken and banana peppers!! Hands down a great place to eat! and the service was incredible

I’ve been here probably at least 10 times since they’ve opened and it’s always been amazing. Last time I went I got one of their Cajun shrimp mac and cheese specials and a side of French onion soup - both tasted awesome. The French onion soup was perfect, one of the best tasting soups I’ve had. In addition to great food, they have great service.

Hoss Bar is easily one of the best places to stop by for food and drinks in the area. Their core menu is really good and they always knock it out of the park with their weekly specials. 10/10 would recommend.

Visiting from out of town and happened on this place. Service was fantastic. The bartender was super welcoming and not only recommended some tasty food options from the menu, he also told us other places to try and visit around town. Place was clean and the food was great. Worth a trip for the great hospitality :)

The best burger I’ve really ever had! The buns were so soft, the meat was perfect! I loved the salad with Rice Krispies and pickled carrots were delicious! Very bright and clean, helpful staff! Such a pleasant experience that has been rare and extra difficult during the pandemic.

Great service, craft beer, and large menu. Would highly recommend and will be coming back in. We got the chicken dip and spicy garlic cauliflower. Their bleu cheese was amazing!

Topanga is a great beer, highly recommend.

It was chill and relaxing and the staff were pleasant to be around. I wouldn't call what I had a margarita, but it was interesting none the less. I think its quieter than the original sahms was which is nice for people who are looking for a more restaurant style vibe. Only negative I found was the price of food but they seemed to back that up with high quality ingredients and service!

Four of us had great meals and service. Tenderloins were great, salad was huge and covered with chicken, and my chicken breast with mushroom sauce was outstanding. We will definitely return for great food at fair prices.

Hoss bar and grille was incredible. The food was the perfect amount of drunk food and high end. Our server was also top notch! Kendra was so kind and answered our questions without hesitation. Would definitely recommend!! FIVE STARS.

Food was very good. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was too salty for our liking but everything else was good.

Curbside ordering was quick and easy. Until their ordering online is available, just call in with your order. I ordered the Poutine, Grilled Bries, and Cap'N Ellis. The Poutine was delicious; loaded with shredded steak, plenty of melted cheese curds, and savory gravy. The Grilled Bries was tasty, but I only got a small taste since my toddler (read: picky eater) wouldn't share the sandwich with me. The Cap'N Ellis is my new favorite chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tender, flavorful, cooked to perfection, and the breading was still crisp when we got home.
I'll definitely be back.
