Nice place. but man they close at least 2min before closing time. How i know that? Because i was at the door 2min before closing time trying to pick up smth that my wife bought online. I would be annoying to the employees but I'll be in and out of their heads by next week. My wife will remember that i forgot to pick the package up for a long time. All i needed was those 2min in the store, a quick in and out. But nope. Thanks Kohl's.

Very nice Kohl's inside. Good selection of clothing, kitchen and household items, shoes and decor. The toy section grows as Christmas draws near. Definitely sign up to get the discounts because they make a huge difference in the price.

Kohls always has great options. Plus I mean kohls cash....

The staff at the store on east 96th were amazing, attentive, patient, polite, professional and courteous…all you could ask for!

Associates were friendly and gave me additional info I had earned on my account that I wasn't aware of which saved me $25 on my purchase. Very nice surprise.

They've added self checkout lanes which has definitely sped up and resolved the understaffed location.

I went there for an Amazon return, the first time I've used Kohl's for that service. It couldn't have been any quicker or easier! I don't return much from Amazon but if I ever do again, this is the method I'll use! Excellent service & friendly & helpful associate.

Love the new self checkout at Kohl's because it's great to avoid long lines when purchasing a few items.

I love shopping here during the day, its peaceful and the ladies at the checkout are always so pleasant. The dressing rooms are kept clean and monitored as well, which I appreciate.

Open until 10pm and 9pm on sundays. Amazon return right next to the front at the Sephora entrance. Make sure you get on their free Wi-Fi network if you are going to do the online pickup at the back of the store at the non Sephora entrance because their Wi-Fi sucks without it. I have a kohls card so it’s always good deals and lots of kohls cash if you shop when they are offering that week!

96th street and across from Keystone at the Crossing. BOTH stores...great! Sephora better at 96th street bc it's BIGGER. Helpful Friendly staff

I returned 2 tees and I accidentally brought the wrong receipt. I suffer from anxiety and I had a panic attack. The young woman at customer service was so kind and caring which helped me so much. She just had me go exchange for the size I needed. Very nice people at the checkout so I shop here often.
