This location makes the best espresso drinks, they are always exactly what you order and are never handed to you covered in whip, cream, caramel etc. The drive-through employees are always helpful, attentive, and kind. I see a lot of bad reviews talking about management, and having to wait a long time, which is unfortunate. I’ve never personally had to wait any longer at this location compared to other ones, actually, I’ve never had to wait in abnormal amount of time any time I’ve been to this location. I hope the workers are happy working here because they really make a big difference and do an amazing job. Keep up the great work!

From my experience, coffee was good; after I ordered, it took 10 to 15 minutes to get in my hand.

First time at this location, but the experience was a good one.

The service was great. I was skeptical at first bc the order taker sounded rude. However when I got to the window they were beautiful. I would patronize this location anytime.

The only issue is that during my 2nd visit the board indicated items as being sold out or returning in a few weeks/months. When I asked I was told they were available. So ask, don't assume. 🙂

Donny is in here working solo and still pleasant. You all should give her a bonus or pay her for 3 people with the labor shortage. Good employee !

I don't know why this location doesn't have 5 full stars. Nothing beats a Starbucks run here even when the line is all the way to the street.
I've never once went in but I absolutely trust when jasmine, and Sean take my order. I don't have to tell them what, when or how because they learn just what you like and how you like it....😊😊😊 makes my day so much brighter. 💓 excellent customer service!

Sockets at every table and reliable Wi-Fi. I avoid the coffee but otherwise I'm a huge fan.

Ordered the Mango Dragonfruit in the Grande size. The Starbucks employee offered me a free upgrade when I explained I wanted a bigger size.

this location is the best. ordered a drink and the barista came to our table and suggested a different way to try the drink (we get this drink all of the time) so we agreed to try it out and it’s fantastic! customer service here is top notch!!!! 100% recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ give everyone a big raise immediately.

My mom in SLU hospital for last 3 weeks with traumatic event. When she started feeling better we stopped at this Starbucks on the way to hospital each morning. Over the course of 2 weeks we encountered such warm and lovely staff at this Starbucks. During times of stress it was so nice to see such sweet and outgoing people. I could never saw enough good words about them.

One person can make or break your experience. I'm sure like many of us, I was excited to have a neighborhood Starbucks but, my excitement is often muddled by the inconsistent customer service and drink quality. You may wonder where the 5 star rating comes in... LACEY! She is truly amazing! In the midst of a busy morning, I inquired about a new drink suggestion. I explained what my go-to order was, why I wanted to try something new and what I had already tried (and what I didn't like about that drink LOL)... Lacey listened and suggested a new drink, the best customizations and it was perfect! Thank you Lacey, you are awesome!!

Quick and polite service! Stopped here daily while in St. Louis on a trip. Always speedy service and everything was delish!

Always pleasant but the morning line before work keeps me from regularly stopping in, since this is the only Starbucks that I know of downtown that has a drive-thru and close to home. But on weekends its perfect, in and out on the way to or from grocery and weekend errands.

Drive through was busy. 6 staff inside seemed to be more interested in chatting than getting order right and moving drive through people waiting along.

Prime location on the way to/from work or accessing highway 40 at Jefferson. I appreciate the alternative to the busy DelTaco location at Grand and 40.

Interior is a bright, welcoming, open floor plan with plenty of seating once we get back to dining, working, meeting, chillaxing at cafes again. The restrooms are upscale chic as a public restroom can be with the soap/water flow/dryer in a single sink location. This really cuts down on paper towel waste it I like to have a little tissue to open the door after washing my hands personally.

Service was prompt and pleasant (I was the only one brave enough to walk inside I guess) the drive thru was popping. My coffee was made just as I'd requested and I was on my merry way.

Oh, plenty of outdoor patio seating and parking available.

Didn’t bother with the drive thru the wait was crazy went in got Carmel frappchino 4 Caramel sauce excellent very nice server.

They are so friendly at this store and the guy who made my coffee just perfect he asked if I wanted my shot before the whip cream or after I have legit never had anyone ask me that before love him for that

This location is amazing. Service is quick and the staff is amazing. Taylor and Jasmine were so kind and friendly. Our drinks were perfectly made and delicious.

Such sweet baristas and they always make amazing drinks!
