Went in to trade in my phone for a new one and was helped by Clay (I think that was his name sorry) and he was super helpful and made the process very simple, in and out in 30 minutes. A few hours later I went back with my mom and sister for their trade-ins and Mirza was super helpful with them as well and even stayed after close to finish up their phones. Our family has gone here for over a decade now and we’ve always had great service at this location!

Amazing service. Mirza went above and beyond. He stayed well past an hour after closing to finish setting up our new phones. He was very polite, helpful, funny, and professional. I have been a customer for over 12 years and this was probably one of the best customer service experiences!!! THANK YOU MIRZA, You are the BEST!!!!!!

Sales person, Mirza, could not have been more helpful. Advised us of all options. We ended up with three free iPhones and a total package that was $100 less than what we were paying with the competition including an additional phone. Mirza stayed well past closing time to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent employee.

Went in there to pick up my phone I had bought online, ended up spending 4 hours because corporate kept putting a hold on my account. Needless Robbie at the Volo store was very patient and helpful making sure I didn't spend another second longer and finally acquired my phone. He also helped me transfer all my data to my new phone in a timely manner! Very happy now thank you.

Junaid was a great help, got us into the devices we wanted right away. I walked away from a corporate location an hour prior to coming with no help and no new device. Because of his positive attitude and willingness to help, I’ll continue bringing my business to this location.

Top notch team! If could give this place more stars I would. Bobby and Junaid and the store manager, Mihai were amazing! Bobby stayed an hour past closing time just to help us out. Best customer service I have ever had! Thank you for restoring my faith that there are still sincere, caring business people out there in this day and age. Bobby u are my go to phone guy from now on! :-)

I went to the Volo IL Verizon today and was concerned on the way there. My new SR23 ultra was not setting up. Call it operator error or just a little behind on technology. I walk in and I meet Mirza Baig, the guy is a rock star. He listened to my problem , asked questions pertaining to the exact steps I previously performed. Boom he went to work explaining every step and why. He patiently worked out the bugs from my previous provides steps to transfer my number etc.
My phone was up and running with no snags or bewildering excuse, as I was expecting. Thank you Mirza and Verizon store in Volo IL for hiring the right person for the job at hand.

Taylor is fantastic! He got me a tablet a new phone and more data! All of that plus he lowered our monthly bill! Wow what a great store. He seemed like he enjoyed his job and like being there. They treat you like family rather than a customer. In never going to another store!!!

The manager Jason helped my parents with international info this summer and was super helpful! I came in hoping to see him however he was off and I worked with Taylor. Oh boy what an experience! The helpfulness runs in the store! Excellent customer service which you don't get to see to often. Thank you so much for all the help!

This is such a wonderful store and they have great employees. Taylor got me this great tablet that in use for everything (from 2 yrs ago) . Once again I must rave about this Verizon store staff. Jason and his crew are the most amazingly helpful people I have had the pleasure of working with. From Matt, Josh, Dana to Jason, these people know their stuff. I cannot thank them enough for trying to assist me with the problems I was have with my phone, and to Jason who was the fixer extraordinare. I have been with this store for a good number of years and I will not go anywhere else if I have an issue. Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and helpfulness with ANY issue I may have. Great experience purchasing a new phone today in Fox Lake, IL

Taylor was great upgrading my phone! He lowered our bill and I got a great promotional phone! Chicken, the manager is great as well! Both are very funny and it was like going to dinner and a show with these guys! They are great people and we highly recommend this store for all of your cellular needs!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here in this store on 2/3/2020. My iPhone got stuck in a boot loop, and I was very worried I was not going to get my pictures off of my phone. These two gentlemen were absolutely wonderful, especially the one who helped me. He told me his nickname was chicken! And he was absolutely awesome, when telling him I wanted to make the switch from iPhone to Android, he made the process very easy for me, explaining very simply why my iPhone was doing what it was doing, and what kind of features I'd be looking forward to when making the switch from iPhone to Android. He was very personable, honest, and genuinely such a nice guy. If I could give this store more than 5 stars I really would. Shout out to these fine gentlemen who work in this store, and shout out to chicken for being absolutely awesome! You guys rule :)

Went in after work on a Tuesday. I had a damaged phone & I wasnt too sure what I could upgrade to or if I even could. Last Verizon store basically said that phone is worthless and they told me stock on new phones is super low. I had my mind set on a new S22, assuming thats probably all I could get... if I was lucky.

I was wrong- They got me a new S22 Ultra (in the color I wanted) and took my old phone in on trade! He got me an amazing deal on it! The entire process didnt even take an hour. Super helpful and friendly guys. I even got a ton of extras with it. It was beyond the best experience I had getting a new phone! 100% recommend them!

Fantastic service from Jason the store manager as well as James behind the counter! Made the 15-20 minute wait while activating my wife's phone feel like I was hanging out with a group of good friends! I honestly regretted being finished so quickly. Very Fast, Efficient, Friendly and Funny! I would drive out of my way to visit this store again for any of my service needs.
