TA Travel Center

TransAmerica travel center is a really awesome gas station / truck stop. Fresh cheesecakes and other sweets treats. Nice clean bathrooms. All kind of food, drinks and items to look at. They don't not sell alcohol of any kind.

Nice travel plaza, it offers a lot. Gas, restaurant, showers, bathroom, lots of parking and convenient store. I was impressed by the cute fall decorations, making it feel homie. Very clean!

Has 2 restaurants inside, food and staff was amazing! Laundry room is clean and plenty of washers and dryers. Plenty of parking. This is why I love TA! They had meals to buy, I got a pot roast dinner for later and pumpkin cheesecake to put in the freezer for Thanksgiving next week. Thank you !!! 😊

Clean & pet friendly! We are traveling with 3 dogs for Christmas this year and this place was so convenient! Great big fenced dog area away from cars with a tunnel for them to play on too! Multiple benches and very clean! Inside the TA gas station were 2 very friendly gals and very clean bathrooms! Very impressed! So much so when I told the ladies how much we appreciate the dog area for our 3 dogs, they gave me 6 milk bones for my pups! This was also around 1am so I definitely appreciated the staff being so friendly! Will stop here again! Thank you so much TA!!

Shop guy Chance is a world class all-star! I had a real emergency and they did their best to not rake me over the coals. Got the work done quickly and efficiently. Would most definitely trust them to do anything they say they can do. Thank you again Mr Chance

Nicole, Jake, & Brian in service got me in and done ✅ within a few hours for me to pick up my load. Changed coolant reservoir (was spraying out of cap-new cap and still leaking), and added heavy-duty air & electrical lines on back.

The best part was they all had great attitudes. Priceless.

Movie 🎥 🍿 room is open. Comfortable chairs, quiet.

Restaraunt opened at noon. By the time I was leaving, they had a long line waiting to come in. Very busy with locals.

Great stop. Haven’t been here in years but will be back.

This is a comfortable location to fill up before entering/leaving the hectic tri-cities. This truck stop is located just far enough to avoid the major traffic that you'll no doubt have to endure in the area anywhere east of here. Best of all, I personally appreciate the ample parking for a 20' U-haul towing a vehicle.

Clean showers, bathrooms and laundry room. They have a mini Casino, 24-hour restaurant and the usual coffee hot dog grab-and-go foods. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to stopping by again. :-)

TA Travel Stops always have what you need. Food, drinks, automotive repair items, phone accessories, etc. Staff was friendly bathrooms were clean. They have a service center on site, CAT scales and a restaurant. Plenty of truck parking as well.

Stopped here for breakfast, was awesomeness. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. The restaurant is a trip!! The waitresses are funny and exceptional at their job! There is also a collection of old toys and bikes you have to see!!

R Diner (I think the name is right) has a fantastic breakfast burrito. Comes with a side, I chose hash browns, and I was really hungry, so I also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy. To clarify, I was there at dinner time. The burrito was larger than I was expecting, and so was the "side" of b&g. I couldn't finish it all (which is rare for me). So I can also say that the half burrito microwaves well and is plenty for breakfast the next morning. The food and a Pepsi came out to $19 and some change before tip. If you're doing laundry, the diner is a great spot to spend some time.

Very friendly, considering that I have had bad luck all week. They fixed my truck real good and put a smile back on my face. I wish they had more staff. You can see for yourself the work is overwhelming, when you consider how bad the Interstate 80 is such a mess.

Huge truck parking lot and lots of grass to walk around... run dogs.. fly drone... etc. Nice inside too, friendly cashier.

I'll post pics later, but this place has old time charm and character. The food at R Place was delicious, made fresh and reasonably priced. They also have fresh baked bread and pastries. The parking lot isn't super big and you're a little walk to use a bathroom but, the parking spots are big and spacious. Definitely gonna have to make this a regular stop!
