J&R Service Center

Everyone there were wonderful. We broke down on the side of the road because of a plastic panel piece underneath the vehicle wasn't fastened properly by Walmart service center, I might add. The people at J&R were gracious enough to pull that piece off without charging us. They were so nice and gracious people with beautiful hearts. Thank you so much! May God Bless you all!! I was driving down to St. Louis for a work trip when I heard a loud scraping sound coming from under my car. Turns out the oil change place I had went to the day before did not bolt the plate back on underneath my car.

Being 100 miles from home and needing to get to St. Louis for work I wasn’t sure what to do so I googled the nearest auto repair shop that was open.

J&R Service Center was that place, they took my car in immediately and bolted the plate back on and sent me on my way. I insisted on paying them and they told me it was no problem.

I can’t express enough thanks so I hope this review will let others know how great of a place this is!

Jeff and his team took great care of me after I broke down on the interstate. He towed me to his shop because the nearest Ford dealership could not service my vehicle fo 5 days. The fuel pump was bad. His service coordinator Daniel called several places to find the part and then Jeff drove 70 miles to get it. They got me back on the road that afternoon and their prices for the tow and labor were more than fair. I would recommend J&R to any of my friends or family. They treat you like an old neighbor.

I had a flat tire on a cold, late Sunday afternoon. J&R Service Center responded to my call quickly and efficiently after the company that AAA called did not bother to show up. J&R came and changed my tire quickly and I was on my way in no time. Thank you J&R Service Center!

My daughter put diesel in my car by mistake, they towed (30 miles from home) my car to J&R a place I didn't know. Thank God they did, some of the most honest and professionals people I have dealt with in a while, had the car done in 2 days and under $330 bucks, could of been a lot worst if I went or got towed somewhere else. My daughter and I thank you J&R !!!!!!!!

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable folks! I had a last-minute repair that needed to be done, and they took care of it in a very timely manner. One of the best shops around!

Most amazing service I have ever received!! And with a smile🤩 I had all 4 of my tires replaced and balanced in 45 minutes..the mechanic Robert even showed me the nail in my old tire and put the best one in the back of my van as a spare!! Will definitely be back!!

Always friendly and prompt. Go above and beyond to make me feel like me and my vehicles belong there. Even researched and texted me tire pricing over the weekend so I could have tires replaced before my trip out of town. Followed up my service with a personal thank you card and coupon as well as a phone call to ask how everything was going. You don't find this level of service at many places anymore. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, our truck broke down on 55 on a Sunday evening right around dinner time, the owner of the company didn’t have any available drivers so he came out and towed us over 70 miles home. Jeff was extremely kind and helpful.

I had to have my truck towed due to it not working at all and this company was amazing. The lady I spoke with was super nice, professional and very helpful. They had my truck towed within about 30 minutes to where it needed to go.

I had a flat tire today on Interstate 55. I called J&R and Jeff came out right away. He changed my tire while I stayed in my vehicle since it was pouring rain. Jeff was fast, courteous, and reasonable in my time of need!! Definitely would recommend J&R!!

We have had them fix several problems with our vehicle's and had to use the towing service as well, never had any problems. Everyone is nice and helpful and they have guys that know what they are doing work on the car and truck. Never had issues.

What a blessing this towing company was!!we were traveling from Texas to Chicago and the last hour and a half our engine blew out and omg on a Saturday afternoon…we had already called 3 places and were referred and thank God we were they went up an beyond not only to get our car to the destination but to also get me and the kids there as well… they picked us up that evening , took us to the hotel and came back to take us in the morning (mind you on a Sunday when pretty much everything is closed), and the price was beyond reasonable for it all!!… we were coming due to a funeral so with everything going on it was just such a blessing they went up and beyond what I would expect/ or have seen when it comes to tow companies I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone who’s looking to do honest business with an amazing company

We LOVE this shop! They have always gone above and beyond for our family. Wether it was warranty work on a work vehicle, road side assistance off hours, making sure cars were safe for our girls...they have ALWAYS been there! Not to mention the extra care for our ‘72 Olds! Thank you J & R!

You always dred getting your car worked on rather it be how much you have to spend, how long you will be without your vehicle, or even if your vehicle will be worked on and taken care of properly. Well i can say that all the employee's here are very good at what they do, from inspection to the actual matainence on your vehicle, done in a timely manner and give you all recomendations for your car that for some people is a good thing to have.
I will not only be going back but would definanly recommend to all.

Jeff was very honest and caring about the safety of the truck, he drove me home and picked me up to pick up the truck. The service was outstanding, very friendly and would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone, GOOD JOB AND THANKS.
