Diagnostic & Rehabilitative Center of Morris Hospital

I came here a few years ago for urgent care. They were very professional, and I was very fortunate to have been helped with my medical bill during the Christmas season!

Only had a 15 to 20 minute wait, with two people ahead of me. Blood test and x-ray on premises. The kicker was that the doctor called me personally with results. That hasn't happened in a long time.

Pretty sure these bad reviews are for Immediate Care next door. The rehabilitation center is great! Everyone is knowledgeable, caring and understanding .

These ladies are the sweetest, got my DOT physical done in record time and they were a pleasure to work with, thanks ladies!

I would have marked them higher except for the front desk lady who works in the evenings. I have recently had a new baby and was nursing when my fourteen year old daughter complained of an ear ache. I sent my husband, her step father, here and she was turned away because he is not her biological parent. This would have been understandable except she was extremely rude to him. When I came in a little while later with my daughter she claimed that all they had to do was call me for verbal consent and they would have allowed him to sign for treatment. However she failed to mention this to my husband and as a result my daughter had to be in pain and go without treatment even longer. I am extremely disappointed with the way the situation was handled given the fact that this facility and Morris Hospital usually has a higher standard of care and respect for their patients and their families.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Misdiagnosed twice on each different visits. One time with me and one time with my child. The only good thing I could say is a nurse was really sweet to my toddler other than that...dont come!

Greedy! While the immediate cares in Coal City, Dwight or Joliet only charge for a doctors visit this place has swindled their way to charge for another visit that makes your copy over double what the others charge. I would not recommend going here unless it is a last place available. This place is the poster child of how greedy the medical field has become.

the doctors are friendly, personable and intelligent. they, of course, hail from all over.

plenty of shared glances, eye-talk, and typical, silent midwestern hostility from the frosty local townies working the desks, however.

These people never know what is going on in this establishment, they don’t have good attitudes, they talk down to patients, and misdiagnose or don’t even take the time to acknowledge all symptoms that you are in for. This place is a joke and they really need to all be informed on the information they are providing to patients and make sure it is correct and they aren’t making people run in circles because they are misinforming patients

Terrible service and even worse employees. Extremely rude staff. It took 1 hour 45 minutes sitting in the waiting room to take a 3 minute drug test for a job. Absolutely inexcusable.

Walked in with a couple of questions. Front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. I asked very simple questions and I immediately got attitude from them. Not the proper staff to be ‘welcoming’ patients.
