Delta Sonic

This was my second time at the Oswego location. Both times went without a hitch. Car comes out clean. I want to make a shout-out to Jim O. Jim O. was so thorough and perfect at what he does! I will be back. I just have to save up for the unlimited with the club access too.

By far the biggest Delta Sonic I've ever seen. It's a full service gas station, car wash, detail shop, oil change/ other minor changes (wheel alignments, air conditioning, batteries, brakes, and tires) center, and fast food place. They've got 16 gas pumps so there was no wait. There is a large area for customers to vacuum their cars. The staff that do the detailing and interior cleaning are fast and efficient and leave cars looking as good as new. There is a nice sitting/ eating area with televisions, a gigantic beverage section, a robust liquor section, and clean bathrooms. It includes a convenience store, restaurant, and coffee bar. The self checkout/ prepay gas speeds up the whole process when going inside. The restaurant is basically a pizza restaurant and they surprisingly have good pizzas for a gas station. They've also got video slots/ gaming if that is your kind of thing. We had no plan of stopping at a gas station but had to stop to check this one out given the size. Delta Sonic needs more locations like this.

Delta Sonic Oswego is probably the biggest and best gas station/car wash in Illinios. First of all the size of this place is crazy! This place is huge! It has gas, car wash, interior wash, detail shop, oil change, food and restaurant type store inside. For gas and car wash/detailing nothing beats it.

I don't feel pressured to do a bunch of services when I'm at their shop. They're very knowledgeable too. Idk a lot about cars but they've been super helpful. I love their car wash as well.

I do recommend the plus subscription (or whatever it's called) because it gives you good discounts. I don't have it myself because I already have Sam's club membership 😅 but from what I can tell, it's pretty useful.

Just want to share. I've been coming for about a year... I have all the services for multiple cars 🚗 🙃. I use the interior cleaning too, and they do a great job!!

Special "shout out" to my favorite person here.... Jim O is a hustler and is brilliant with his attention to detail and customer relationships... 👏 he is dedicated to what he does, and that makes him special!! And that matters.

Incredibly clean business. Both the car
wash/detail area, restrooms and gas station beverage area! Wow. We had our car detailed and thanks to George O and Jacob C it looks like it came off the showroom floor. Highly recommend.

I live 3 Minutes from this store, and I'm there a lot getting gas and washes. I want to say that JIM O, is AMAZING he's Friendly and does an OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!!! I always look for him when I'm there. My car always looks Great when I leave. I was there today and with the bright sun & JIM O working my day started off GREAT!! Thank you again for JIM O!!!!

I had brought my truck in over the weekend, and got the interior detail. Initially, in a bit of a hurry I drove off, and by the time I checked in the evening it was evident that what I had paid for was mistakenly not done. The following day, I brought it back and the manager was very helpful and responsive. They corrected their honest mistake and that’s a good hallmark of quality customer service.

Jim O. Is one of the very best! He continues to leave my SCLASS clean and looking brand new! He takes care of it like it’s his own. Jim is beyond 5 star!

I had a chance to talk with a tremendous employee, Jim O. this morning in the Super Kiss Club. I have always admired how hard Jim works at Delta Sonic over the years at the two locations near my house. I expressed a few concerns and Jim was able to address them. Jim O. should be recognized for his outstanding customer service that he provides to the customers at Delta Sonic in Oswego, IL.

Matthew M. Was amazing drying off my car. Most are but he was super thorough. Thanks for your attention to detail and taking pride in what you do!

Although I am very satisfied with this car wash business, in particular, I would like to share an experience I had today with an employee.

I was directed to lane 4 for having my car dried after going through the wash. Normally, the employees do what I would consider as the bare minimum. I usually go over to the vacuums and dry off areas of which are overlooked using my own towels because employees are trying to keep the lines moving as opposed to ensuring that every detail is taken care of.

I did not realize how obvious this was until Jim O took care of my vehicle today. As a semi retired gentlemen, Jim is spending several more minutes on each car in front of me as I’m waiting in line than the others working in other lanes. This is not a post to bash the other employees, but merely giving perspective of experience. Jim is on his hands and knees using sponges re wetting areas so that there aren’t water marks not missing a single spot.

I had to say something. I told him I’ve been a customer here since you guys opened and never had I witnessed service like that. I told him that it didn’t go unnoticed and I felt compelled to share with him how that made me feel so good.

Even despite having an older vehicle than others, I try to take great care of what I do have and it was something I continued I to think about going to the vacuums outside.

Jim O came up to me and was relieved by another worker. I was surprised to see he came over to speak with me further. He said, that he wanted to tell me that I made his day and that he appreciated what I had to say about his work in front of another colleague who relieved him. He told me that he tells the newer employees all the time that it’s not about how quickly you do the job the attention to detail and customer service will always be rewarded.

He asked me why I was vacuuming outside as he noticed I have the monthly sticker for washes. I said what do you mean. I had no idea about the members club inside. He told me where to go. Let me there. Showed me all of the amenities and left me with saying that I made his whole week.

Jim, you made my whole week. We live in a society where it seems everyone is struggling and trying to get by. You inspired me today and I hope that more people get to experience what I did today and pay it forward.

Delta Sonic and Aaron T helped my car look like new with their interior detail!! My cream colored leather seats looked cream again and every inch of all three rows of my SUV were spotless!! I was very pleased!!

This place is outstanding. I was introduced to the inside vacuums and all of the amenities available to me by Jim O. Thank you Jim for showing me how to use the mat machine and all of the other devices besides the vacuums. Not only do I get the best price on gas at Delta Sonic, but I am amazed at the great value of their services.

Chris took care of me today with oil changes and preventative maintenance on both my vehicles. He is top notch, professional and knowledgeable. I’m sticking with Delta Sonic and Chris in Oswego from now on!

So excited, they opened this Oswego location! Even though there’s a Naperville location, Oswego is very large and offers a little more to the experience. Look for Jim O in the self detail shop, goes out of his way to show you all they offer. He showed me how they offer complementary wiper fluid, and how to clean my own floor mats. Good thing he was there as I didn’t realize the one machine is solely for carpeted floor mats not rubber lol.

Very clean organized they have sandwiches ,fresh fruit, coffee & hot chocolate , slushy, dounts , there restroom is so clean so many vacuum spots you don't have to wait for long time like other places

I got a car detail with Mathew M. And he did a great job! I’m very satisfied with the services he provided, thank you Mathew!

If you’re not a Super Kiss Club member, you should be! The car wash is awesome! But what what impressed me the most was the detailing area!! It’s all indoors and you get a whole detailing spot all to yourself! It is equipped with window cleaner, clean rags, a giant slop sink to clean/wash your mats, vacuums, air for your tires, etc…!!!! Note: this area is only for Super Kiss Club members!

Shannon went above and beyond to help sort out some confusion I had using the delta sonic card/ car washes/discount on gas. She was patient and took the time to address all of my questions. Very helpful!
