Silver Cross Health Center

Went there with my daughter. My friends been there on couple occasions and they recommend this place since its not to far from my house. Walked in on Saturday. Did some paperwork and was in within 10 min. They did x ray and was done within 2 hours. They put the partial cast on and went home. I was expecting 4-6 hours wait plus half the night there after reading review. Maybe we got lucky

Fast entry, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great care for our young child.

My husband had taken a fall and we were seen within 10 minutes. His nurse Ericka was wonderful. This place is the BEST! We wouldn't even think to go to a hospital ER after being treated here. Wounds were taken care of quickly, MRI results came within an hour. Staff was warm, friendly and caring. We were home in 2 hours. Had we gone to a hospital ER, we would still be waiting.

I’m giving a 5 star for this urgent care for the entire experience I had here but I’m really giving it because of Olga one of the nurses that helped me. I was facing a natural miscarriage. I came home after I left the urgent care in such excruciating pain and cramping and bleeding but all I can think of was how nice and helpful and caring and thoughtful that nurse was with me. She comforted me letting me know what will happen how it happens sometimes and that it is okay. I want to thank this lady for being there for me when no one else was during a very emotional physical distraught time of having a miscarriage. Thank you Olga. - Sara

Lucked out and went in at a non busy time. The staff was very good and quick. In and out in 30 mins for stitches for a 3 year old. Olga was very good with us and our son.

I’m actually sitting in the room still waiting for my daughter to be discharged but I couldn’t wait to leave an awesome review for this amazing staff. My daughter broke her wrist for the first time ever and she’s only 11 so she was petrified and the EMT named Kyle O and the on-call doctor were absolutely amazing at calming her down and making her feel like it was OK I wish there was more I can do to show them appreciation thank you guys so very much medicine appreciates you as well what an amazing staff and building❤ Dr. T was our doctor and she’s amazingly kind and patient. I’ll forever visit homer care when in an emergency they are fantastic!

Took my husband here yesterday after having to be turned away from Urgent Care elsewhere. Got in quickly, despite it being a couple days after Christmas. Everyone was kind, caring, and polite. They were especially gentle and patient with his fear of needles.

Went there many times both in the emergency room and for outpatient testing. Every time I have ever been there I was treated very nice the facility was extremely clean and the people that work there were very kind and courteous and gentle and understanding. I have also spent time in the silver cross hospital, for pneumonia about four times ,and I've had four surgeries there. Both facilities I would recommend to anyone the staffing the cleanliness everything about the facilities . The doctors and the nurses were all very respectful and professional both at Silver Cross Hospital and the Homer Glen facility.

I had a very good and caring experience with the nurses and doctors. Front end didn't do much or take me seriously until I passed out and they had to wake me. But then I was put in a room and treated right away. They took care of my symptoms helped with pain management and gave me great care. Very recommended

I had an MRI today at this facility. Margaret was professional and was comforting as she talked me through the stages of the MRI. Thank you Margaret for relieving some of my stress involving this test.

My husband and I have been going to Silver Cross hospital for 15+ years and have had nothing but the best experiences . From simple doctor visits to major surgeries. Everyone one there is nothing but professional. And the food is pretty good too.

I read all this bad reviews about this hospital and they are so wrong! This place is great! Clean, fast friendly & some of the best doctors and nurses that I have come in contact with. Will always go here if I need to go somewhere. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that I don’t have to though. Lol.

Went in on December 4th for a ct scan ordered by my Dr. Christina the lady that did my ct scan was very nice and caring. I would recommend her for a raise she was that nice.

Had my mri with Margert, she was amazing and very patience,felt very comfortable . I was more scared then I thought and she guided me alng, great service and a wonderful lady.

Friendly staff and took no time! Talked to my son respectfully, as he was the patient. Have been here a few times prior and have no complaints.

Went to the ER yesterday. It was nice to know that a clean, attentive, and noncrowded ER is so close to home. Doctors and nurses were professional and knew what they were doing

My one only go to for Any ailment!!!
