Wow!I had the best experience at this store!
It was my first time there, I went to get a haircut in their hair salon. The salon is beautiful and they did a great job cutting my hair! They have all the brand name hair products and Toni did an exceptional job cutting my hair and husbands hair. I am also beyond impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of this store. Everything is immaculate a this store and it is the nicest JC Penney that I have gone to. Since it was my first time at this store, I interacted with three employees, all three were phenomenal! One person helped me with price items and how you can also download the app and use the price scanner in the App. Love it! One employee helped me find the salon and took the time to walk me there! And their sales and promotions were so amazing, I ended buying great items and even opened a store credit card for additional discounts. Fantastic employees that made my overall experience a great one and will continue to shop there. Great job on this store JC Penney! Highly recommend!

Had the BEST experience ever this weekend at this store! The General Manager, Dave and Laura in Jewelry were AMAZING!! I had lost my wedding ring and was looking for an inexpensive replacement, but what I left with was an even better ring than the original! They both worked their magic to make it happen and I left there feeling like a new bride again! They renewed my faith in customer service and I would recommend JCP Fine Jewelry as a definite choice for your bride to be :). I have already a ton of compliments on my upgraded ring!! Thank you both!!!

This location was clean and all staff was friendly. Lorie in particular went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, introduced me to new products and was extremely knowledgeable. She also introduced me to the JcPennny App. Highly recommend this location and will be returning.

The employees and the jewelry department are awesome!!! The manager even called after I left for me to come back and get paperwork that I had forgotten. He even ran it out to the car for me in the snow! Highly recommended and we will absolutely be returning.

Always no hassle shopping experience when shopping at JCP. The cashier whose name is Star was exceptionally nice and patient with me returning an online order. Kudos to JCP for hiring people that care and carry on "Old School" traditions of friendliness and appreciation for their customers. Very rare these days.

Went in to grab a couple of shirts and was greeted immediately by Traci in Sephora with a warm smile. After grabbing my gear, she noticed that the main line of check out was full. She offered to help check me out in her dept. This was timely for me and great customer service as I was able to get in and out and onto my next appt of the day.

Love this place employees are so nice and friendly and very helpful and the girls at Sephora are so sweet and very eager to help , the store is also very clean and family friendly

I loved Taneka. She made me feel welcomed and my hair turned out beautifully.

I just wanted to say we had best customer service experience from a lady named jesse. she was working back in the curtains area. She was very helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to help us out. By far best experience at jcpenny. She deserves recognition!

The Montgomery JC Penny's is always clean, organized and the employee's are very professional and always willing to help! We were charged wrong because a new special didn't come up on the register at checkout. I called and talked to Amanda and she was so courteous and professional. She credited my account within minutes and was very pleasant to talk too. This store has always demonstrated great customer service...thank you!!!

they had a fantastic sale the other day. I got two pairs of pants that were originally $54 each and only paid 11 each. Fantastic sales.
