The friendliest and most helpful staff! I get my brows done with Ashley and she does an amazing job every time. I recently got some highlights done with Reese and she was so kind and attentive to my needs! She did an incredible job with my hair.

I got a signature curly cut done by Bianca. It was amazing! The cut, the experience, the way she treated me and my daughter was top notch. I love my hair. My hair is sooo much healthier and my curls are so bouncy and poppin. Bianca was also so knowledgeable. I will forever recommend Bianca and she’s got a client for life.

Bianca d. Did both of my girls hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful 😍 they have curly textured hair and there's barely any stylist in the rockford area who know how to cut their textured hair. She took her time and had alot of patience with my uncooperative 3 year old who was getting her first hair cut. We've found a new stylist for my girls. Thank you 😊 💓

Run, don’t walk, to get your brows done with Ashley! She is the Brow & Beauty Expert at the Benefit Brow Bar. I received a brow lamination, shape, & tint. It completely changed the way my face looked. My eyes are so much more lifted and open. Ashley had a last minute cancellation so I snagged the appointment. Normally I would remove eye makeup so it’s easier for the staff but she did a great job working around my shadow. Can’t wait to come back!

Jennifer is my stylist and she is fantastic! She takes the time to listen and really understand what I'm looking for with my cut and color every time. Plus, she's so fun to talk with! Highly recommend!

It’s a five star, but they never keep their shelves stocked

This restaurant is so cute! The food selections highlight local foods. I tried the eggs Benedict which was loaded with ham! My husband had an omelet that was filled with bacon. Next time we will come for lunch or dinner as the buyers looked wonderful!

I found the hair spray I was looking for at Ulta. I had looked at several other places with no luck. Ulta has a good selection of tons of products!

Love this Ulta! The line is a little slow sometimes, but the workers are very helpful

I know nothing about makeup. I needed help with foundation matching and info and MARISSA was amazing! She not only helped me but taught me as we were looking. So kind and patient and because of her I will only be shopping here for any beauty needs. I wish every place in the world had employees like her

Also Ashley at the brow bar is AMAZING!! I went for a brow wax and tint after chemo and she made me feel human again!! I will be back! Thank you thank you thank you!

The staff at this location are incredible. So many of them make a point to learn their products and their customers to ensure you get the best experience possible - I love that they even have staff that have taken the time to know their customers by name.

As for the salon, Bianca is the best hair stylist I've ever had; she has endless knowledge, technique, and love for her work, and she is skilled with all hair textures. And to top it off, she's one of the kindest people you could ever know. Appointments with Bianca are always a pleasure.

Ashley, the benefit Arch Expert is an incredibly sweet person, and I can't say enough about her quick, thoughtful, and detailed work on brows! She takes the time to analyze your features so that she can accomplish your desired look in just a few minutes, and she's so pleasant to talk with while she's working.

I've been to an Ulta before with women I know but never for myself. I came to this store yesterday just passing through and it can be kind of intimidating with all the products. The staff that worked with me was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. Generally I had a really great experience here and I hope that all the other Ulta's are like this one because I'll definitely be back if they are. Thanks for making me feel comfortable and helpful

Julie is very good hair stylist. I was surprised because I have thick hair and very coarse hair. She took her time and did my hair beautiful. I'll definitely be back January 2nd to get more highlights. The whole team personality is amazing such a great team.

I have been having a very hard time finding the right undereye concealer. Getting older things are definitely changing. GiGi their makeup artist was extremely helpful. She listened to me and helped me a lot. I definitely will be going back for more products and her help. Thank you, GiGi...

The best perfume store, very good customer service and prices.

The ladies at Ulta were very welcoming, however Keyanna made my experience top teir. Her product knowledge is spot on. I left the store confident that my make up would be immaculate. Thank you Keyanna for the brilliant tips and helping me to feel beautiful!!!!

It was busy in the store as it is close to Christmas, but plenty of employees were in attendance to assist us. The main reason I shop the Ulta stores is because of their return policy. Cosmetics are expensive and if you don't care for the item you purchased you can return it to. They are always so polite and friendly at this store too.

I’ve loved the shopping experience here for years and have recently started using the salon services as well. Bianca is the full package, everything you’d want in a stylist. She’s punctual, professional, SO sweet (to both her clients and her salon colleagues), knowledgeable, and talented! I love that I can fully trust her with my hair, as she’s also makes great product recommendations.

Just got done shopping at Ulta, the customer service is amazing. All three of the ladies that helped me there today did an amazing job. Matched my foundation color, powder color, and helped me learn how to apply it properly. I will definitely recommend them to anyone asking. Thanks for the help today - Susan
