Anderson's Rock River Ford

Had a recall on my car. I called and Alyssa scheduled me with a mobile service technician free of charge. Jim was my mobile service technician and he was very informative and got the issue fixed quickly. They both made the process so easy!

In regards to the new mobile service RRF now offers….
What an excellent service for busy people, people who find it hard to get away from work, or just don’t want to sit at the repair shop! I had an annoying battery issue, and it’s 3 days before Christmas, the last thing I want to deal with is my car not starting, or finding time to bring it into the shop. The cost was very competitive to bringing it in or even one of the random auto parts stores (where you never know what kind of training the techs have,) and I lost no time having it done! Alyssa was great to deal with on the phone, she was thorough and kind (and didn’t laugh when I asked for today or tomorrow) and Jim is a highly trained mechanic, so I know I’m in good hands! 100% recommend Jim, Alyssa, and this service! Thanks again!

I received very fast and courteous service. Alisa and Jim were sweethearts. I was especially pleased with a diagnosis of what may be some future problems. My water pump is leaking and I didn't have a clue until Jim pointed it out. I was putting off getting the recall work done because I didn't want to take time off work. Jim came to my place of work and did it in like 10 minutes. Excellent service!

Alyssa was so professional and helpful when she called to set the appointment and let me know about the service. When Jim came out it took 5 m9n to complete the process. He then showed us what he did and asked if we had any questions. This service is wonderful and I can't wait for them to start the oil change program. - Tanya Chanthalangsy

Took our truck here on short notice after getting towed. The mechanics at Ford fit us in right away and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part wasn't in stock and would be delivered the next day, so we did have to get a hotel since we are from out of state. Jeanne was very kind and helped us figure out a plan. We were even offered a shuttle free of charge - much thanks to our driver, Bryan. The part was delivered and truck was fixed early the next morning. We got a shuttle back to Ford and were able to get back on the road quickly.

I used the mobile service to get a couple recalls fixed. Alsysa was very helpful and understanding on the phone.
Jim Johnson came out to do the job he was great did everything in a timely manner. Seen I had a check engine light on gave me some codes. That saved me some time because I was actually going to get that checked out at autozone.
I’m very thankful for the service and highly recommend it.

The mobile service technician, Jim Johnson, did a great job! He came to my work and fixed the recall from Ford, then he alerted me to a possible problem with a different part of my vehicle. I appreciated not having to miss work to get the recall taken care of.

He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient and explained what was happening with the repair before he started. We had a Mobile Service Tech “Jim Johnson” from Rock River Ford come to our residence today. They have a recall on something with the engine for my 2019 Ford Fusion. Jim did a thorough inspection to determine that I did need a new motor. The best part was it was still under warranty. Jim was very nice and explained everything I asked. Jim is very knowledgeable in his profession.

Jim J. was very professional when doing our service at our home and even checked our fluid levels and told us about our coolant being slightly low. I would highly recommend his service and I am grateful for Rock River getting our recall taken care of quickly.

I ordered a hybrid Ford Maverick from Rock River Ford in the summer of 2021 and it was delivered in January 2022. I can't say enough good things about Paul (salesman) and Jason (general manager). Paul took plenty of time with me during the ordering process to ensure I was getting the best vehicle for me and my family. Upon delivery, Paul then demonstrated excellent product knowledge and patiently went over each feature of the vehicle.

The General Manager (Jason) is clearly very concerned that customers of the dealership are satisfied as he contacted me twice after the sale to make sure I was a happy customer.

Most importantly I am happy about the price. The Ford Maverick hybrid is in high demand currently and I have read about other dealers surprising customers with additional markups and fees upon delivery for a customer ordered vehicle. I experienced none of this.

Next time I buy a new Ford, it will be here.

Great car buying experience. We worked with Mitch in buying a used Grand Cherokee. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He gave us his cell phone number if we had questions or issues.
