AT&T Store

Jake is so professional and helpful in getting us exactly what we needed even on a holiday weekend. The store was busy on President’s Day, but every customer was seen, acknowledged, and helped. The store is immaculate, well lit, and organized. Will definitely be back.

My iPhone was struck no Home Screen and I could not unlock or reset my phone. I went and was greeted by jake. He looked at trying to reset and offered to help file an insurance claim. In the process of him trying to assist my phone was able to be reset. Jake was polite and not a “pushy sales person” . Greatly appreciate the polite service

No waiting, we got 3 upgraded phones, Chris helped us with transferring all data, very easy and as quick as it can be upgrading 3 phones. We went to lunch while data transferred, came back, Chris gone so Roger helped us wiped our old phones and got our receipts for old phone credits and we were done! They couldn’t have been any more helpful. Great corporate store in Oswego!

Roger was very patient with us, helped upgrade us a new phone and did what he could do to save me around $100.00 per month on my phone bill. Everyone was very helpful at the store. We had to come back in for help and everyone was quick to help us!!
