Advocate Good Samaritan Outpatient Center

Quick and courteous! I went to confirm a diagnosis, they confirmed, wrote a script and was on my way, this is my go to location for outpatient services!

Please be aware of this facility. This is not Immediate Care. I have a BBS PPO plan and they will double charge you. One bill comes from Advocate and another one will come from Dupage Emergency Physicians. They will charge as hospital emergency room not as Immediate care.

Waited 2 Hours and the doctor made me very uncomfortable. He had to use my phone flashlight to examine me because he “couldn’t see” and I decided to go to a different clinic the next day and turns out I was misdiagnosed. Since I started the medication that advocate Good Samaritan Outpatient Center told me to take I have to finish it which is a supply for 5 days… and it makes me very drowsy. They called my cell and I tried to return their call 3 times but have not heard from them since not have heard about my lab results.

Made the mistake of booking through the Advocate app without checking this place out first. Don't bother, they're literally incapable of doing anything helpful

Beware of this buisness , do not come here for immediate care visits. They billed me $800 for a general visit . $590 for a strep and flu test and $210 for the office visit . My insurance coveted $455 leaving $345, very excessive and taking advantage of people here .
Use the advocate in orland park 167th and lagarage .
They also tried double billing through DuPage medical group and advocate.

They will double bill you under two both advocate and dupage. Con artists here.

Very concerning practices at their urgent care facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
