We have had our taxes done by this wonderful group for over 10 years. They are very fast and efficient and always friendly. Scheduling an appointment has always been easy for us in February. After we meet with them, we receive a folder thoroughly assembled of our taxes within a couple weeks. They also accommodate our returns by direct deposit into our personal checking account. We appreciate their consistency and are very informative on different questions we may have. We would recommend this group to have your taxes done hands down!

Maggie may be cheap, but is the most unorganized tax preparer. My wife and I haven't got our tax returns for the last 2 years. I've been calling for the last month at least 6 times, her response was , I'll find them and send them out . Tuesday I called her, she said she would make copies and send them out that day, here it is Friday and she put them in mail today, I have a appointment tomorrow to get them done by someone that is more organized. I'll pay little bit more for that.

0 Stars. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Its been 6 weeks since Maggie agreed to do my taxes and here we are, I have no idea whether she filed them or not. She said she'd call me "tomorrow" two weeks ago and has been radio silent ever since. Is now straight up ignoring my calls, sending me right to voicemail, with a voicemail box that's full so you can't leave a message. Do not go here. It's not worth it. Every other negative review on here is true.
