Purchased my tub from a different vendor but had no luck getting tech support from them

I called Grand Traverse Leisure and Chris walked me through all of my issues step by step as if he was looking at the tub right next to me

I just bought a new Viking Royale P+ spa from these guys. This is my 3rd hot tub in the last 30 years, so I know what I want. They made me a great deal. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

Extremely impressed with Grand Traverse Leisure. Very good customer service and follow up.

Just today, they called me to follow up on a warranty claim. Leak in a tub (it happens to basically every tub). I had completely forgot to send them a picture of the leak (so they can get the right part). They called me and kindling check in.

Probably would have been two more weeks before I got around to it.

Excellent experience with Eric and Erica. When our tub was delayed a month due to shell availability from Viking Spa, Eric and Erica offered a different color or to set us up with a temporary tub until ours came in. They sure didn't need to do that and yet that speaks to their character and dedication to customers. We have our tub and it is wonderful! So grateful to Grand Traverse Leisure. Thank you!

Seriously some of the best service I have ever received. I am a first time hot tub owner and Eric and everyone at Grand Traverse Leisure have been fantastic to deal with. They helped be understand which tub would be a great fit. They also helped me understand how to take care of the hot tub. We had a problem with our Hot Tub and Grand Traverse Leisure took care of the problem quickly and exceeded my expectations. I would encourage everyone looking for a hot tub to work with Grand Traverse Leisure.

Went above and beyond our expectations. We purchased the hot tub before patio construction was complete and Grand Traverse Leisure stored it for us for months while the project finished up.
When the tub was delivered, there was miscommunication between my husband and I on placement and after the guys put it down and were about to leave, they moved it to his desired location without complaint.....we were expecting to have to resposition it ourselves because it was our error.

While setting up the hot tub for the electrician, I had a question I couldn't figure out on my own and the guys that delivered it video chatted with me to walk me through it.

The recommended electrician, Chris Fowler, did an excellent job wiring and setting everything up. We are extremely happy with our purchase and customer service.

Going to start out by stating that this company has excellent customer service. Very easy and refreshing to work with. (Lately we have been dealing with builders and landscape crews...and everything has been a hassle. Setbacks, forgotten appointments, not enough workers, things that don’t fit right, construction crews going way past their deadline, things breaking....Very discouraging). But, with Grand Traverse Leisure, nothing bad happened! Everything went perfectly. We wanted a hot tub, but we didn’t have a spot on our deck for the tub, so Eric Doll sent a guy over to build a special spot for the hot tub on our deck within two days! Then, we needed an electrician to hook everything up. Eric Doll sent over an excellent electrician, who spent the morning hooking up our hot tub. After it was hooked up, two more employees stopped by our house, after hours, on memorial weekend, to make sure it was up and running. (Jordan and Sean). Sean even gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him if we had any problem, at any time. We are so happy with this company. We love our Viking hot tub and we will not hesitate to refer Grand Traverse Leisure to anybody who asks about our hot tub. Thank you for making this purchase and installation a pleasurable experience.

Exceptional quality and price, friendly and awesome delivery , filled and adjusted water quality. Installed cover and lift. Best service I've ever had, and I've owned 6 hot tubs.
