I love Greater Indiana Title Company! They are always the most helpful when it comes to providing me and my clients with information in a timely manner. Carol Donovan is one of the best representatives of this wonderful company, and has provided myself, and many of my colleagues efficient services!

They also have great rates! If I could, I’d have all my client’s use G.I.T.C!!

This is a great group of ladies and men that I've worked with for quite a while. My customers are always satisfied when they leave their closing and so am I. They are always accommodating to get my clients to the closing table even at the last minute. I would recommend them to everyone that is looking for a smooth closing.

I was referred to this title company by some of the local Real Estate Investors. Well I tried to use their services and I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. I submitted all of the contracts on a Tuesday, to see if they would do the closing, and one week later I still do not have an answer. My title partner stop replying back to my text and wouldn’t answer the phone or call me back. I have had sellers and buyers ghost me, but never in a million years would I think that the title company would ghost me. I would recommend using another title company if you want good customer service.

Wow , closed at 11 am founds from sale of my house didn't hit account till 430 pm. One and a half hours later for the closing of my new house. So I couldn't close to the next day! All I got from title company was "I'm sorry"..
