Best customer service in the business. I’ve purchased many of their pieces and have always had a great experience. Associates are incredibly knowledgeable and will aid the helpless husband in ensuring the right purchase! My secret weapon in keeping my beautiful wife happy and loved.

The jewelry and customer service at the City Creek Mall store in Salt Lake City was simply amazing. Robert assisted me and was very professional, helpful and quite informative. I was a repeat customer, making purchases two days in a row. I would highly recommend the branch. You need not look any further than Tiffany & Co. for an incredible experience. Quick shout-out to Marne and her fantastic team at Tiffany. I'm new to the area but I've had a handful of encounters there for purchases and polishing. Each time, everybody has been so friendly, helpful and efficient. I recently found some older Tiffany items belonging to my daughter, tucked away in her jewelry box for years - dull and tarnished. I can't believe how beautiful they look now. Good as new. Thank you to everybody there for going above and beyond.

Great location for the Company. All of the staff are very helpful and nice. I specifically worked with Ryan Lomacz and he made every encounter seamless. He treated me like royalty and like a long time friend. He contacted me a few times after my purchase and service on an existing product to make sure all went well. It is very apparent he loves assisting clients in picking out jewelry and assisting them however he can to make sure they are pleased with their purchases. He is an asset for this location and as a representative for Tiffany & Co..

The store is lovely. The staff is helpful and friendly. Over all, my first visit to a Tiffany's store was all a woman could ask for. The jewelry I was looking for was in stock and the gentleman who assisted me helped me to try on two different sizes so it was a perfect fit.

Hands down this Tiffany’s is by far the best location all thanks to their phenomenal employee Mr Jonathan Green!!! For a real “Tiffany’s Experience” to give you that “movie magic” feel, then please make him your preferred sales associate. Previously a couple years back I had an unpleasant experience that made me feel “inadequate” and out of place, hindering me from wanting to shop in person there again. Until a few months ago I stopped in and was greeted by Mr Green. Although our world is facing unprecedented times with new laws, regulation, and rules, this day was set far apart from any others with all credit to Jonathan. I did not make a purchase on this day yet wasn’t treated anything less than a warm family/friendly vibe. Since that day I have made multiple purchases. He goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of even on the days he is not presently in the store. The manager Becky also deserves a big thank for assisting me with additional purchases while Mr Green was out of town. He’s a class act! Personable! Funny! And truly has the drive and passion to give any and all, in-state/out of state personable experience you will NOT forget and will have you anticipating/craving your next visit!!

Vince was absolutely phenomenal, I have never had such great customer service in any store. Even after we had decided on our purchase for the day and exclaimed so, he went out of his way to walk us through the store, describing the history and stories of the pieces on display even though we would not be purchasing some of the more expensive items. He created such a special experience for us and even when it got busier, took time to help us find the exact size and style of ring I went looking for. Will be asking for him in this store or NY (his alternate location) anytime I go back to Tiffany's. I was already a loyal member but he has secured my business for many years to come.

I brought my daughter in here for the first time so she could pick something for her birthday. Our associate was so kind, friendly, helpful and patient as my daughter made her selection. We waited while our associate boxed up our purchase and were pleasantly surprised when she came back with a plate of petite fours and sparkling cider to celebrate with us; my daughter felt like a PRINCESS! This experience went from a shopping outing to one of our fondest memories. It is this kind of customer service that makes me a Tiffany and Co customer for life. My younger girls cannot wait until it’s their turn for their first Tiffany trip.

My husband purchased my ring from Tiffany's a few years ago. Garrett helped us and he was very helpful in finding us the perfect ring. He was so personable with us and we love that about Tiffany's. Since then we have been in for regular cleanings and Tiffany's still takes such great care of us as costumers. They do cleanings for free, as well as offer complimentary beverages while we wait for our ring to be cleaned. My ring is absolutely flawless in shape, color, and clarity. I still love my ring as much as the first day I got it.

Bought my wife some stunning diamond earrings for an early anniversary gift. It's Tiffany and Co.- of course she loves them and looks absolutely amazing wearing them. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. The service here was wonderful and we were treated excellently while both gazing and purchasing.

Ryan is the best sales person there. I love his energy. Tiffany's has been a great place for my friends and i to buy our matching items as a group every where we go when we travel. But this SLC location is my home and Ryan is awesome!!

Ryan went above and beyond to make my mom feel special on her birthday. She loves the new necklace we bought her, the experience she had was so much fun and made her feel so special! Right when we walked in we were greeted by Renee and she was able to fully satisfie us with our purchase. She is extremely friendly and has lots of product knowledge. She was able to get me exactly what I wanted. She has amazing follow up and answers any questions that you may have even after the purchase. I would highly recommend her!!

This has been the most professional and comprehensive customer guest experience my husband and I can ever recall. We visited Salt Lake City last July 2016, and met with a fabulous salesperson, James Lo. Although we did not purchase at that time, we remembered this wonderfully attentive and knowledgeable salesperson. So almost six months later we called back. My husband was helped with class, style and courtesy. My husband purchased the 18K gold scorpion pendant and had it shipped overnight, just in time for Christmas. James Lo sent photos of several items, and went the extra mile to bring a couple of pieces in so my husband could choose through these photos. Even though the diversity in stock may not be onsite, it is Tiffany's after all, and of course, this means access to all their available items. I would highly recommend this Tiffany's store and James Lo. The service and care was truly impeccable.

Jonathan Green at this location was a wonderful pleasure to work with. I had been searching for a particular piece for AGES, and was so glad when someone recommended I reach out to him. He made the entire process easy, quick, and comfortable. I would absolutely shop with him again, and I cannot wait to receive my pieces!

I have been looking for a SA to deal with when I would like to purchase, thought I found one however he made me feel like my $80 purchase wasnt in his commission bracket to accept my order... Waited a few days and came in contact with a Jonathan Green out of the Salt Lake City location and I must say im sooooo glad/happy I did... No amount was to little for him to treat me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service, I actually flipped my $80 purchase to a $600 purchase as he was just GREAT to speak with. With him its all about A+ Customer Service. Whether you are in Utah or a different state I highly suggest you call the Utah location snd ask for Jonathan. Such a pleasure to work with and makes you feel important and that it's not all about his commission but the happiness of you obtaining your new Blue Box.

I purchased a Tiffany Setting here, and couldn't have been more happy with the sales process. The prices are high, but the products and customer service are exceptional. This is the best spot in Utah for purchasing jewelry, bar none.
