Good customer service and very convenient hours for a bank - open 7 days a week! I have found their online bill payment service also to be better than the others.

Love this bank and the tellers. Having extended Saturday hours is an awesome benefit. Always get great service.

10:30am I arrive to do some banking. 10:39am standing here still waiting to be acknowledged from the guy in the back just staring at me through the glass with his door open. 10:41am someone else comes in to work and acknowledged my presence. Let them know I need to cash a check & I’m told this isn’t a bank & I can go to 10 mile a meadowbrook. Sure hope that bank is a bank.

Was here to deposit a check. Their automated machine was broken, and wanted me to go to different branch for depositing a check. :-(

Was told that I only need to put $250 per check to qualify my rebate, I did not. It says on the front of the flyer that 500 total, had I known I would have put more.if the rep would have done her job and explained the correct procedure then telling me she is a single mom… I wouldn’t be writing this. Ryan the assistant manager told me he would call me back but like the other associate, communication is not their best.
