I can't say enough great things about Nancy! My wife and I were having a lot of issues with USAA (our insurer for over a decade). We got sick of poor customer service and consistent mistakes with our policies. We did our research and decided to go with State Farm as our next insurer. As we wanted to act fast to avoid a lapse in coverage, Nancy graciously took us same day, last minute on a Saturday and did everything in her power to make sure we had the proper insurance coverage we needed that day. I'm already so impressed with State Farm and the customer service Nancy provided to us. Thanks so much, Nancy!

Where to begin?! Nancy is honest, helpful, informative, kind, patient, funny…….she goes above and beyond!
Nancy took my tangled web of policies, consolidated them, and helped me understand all of it. She sat with me and made the necessary phone calls to guide me in the right direction. She took a huge weight and made it manageable! I would HIGHLY recommend Nancy!!

I cannot believe how amazing Nancy Hafford is! The customer service is beyond phenomenal!!! 5 stars isnt enough! How about we change "Jake from state farm" to "Nancy from state farm" get that dude off the tv and put her in!😊😊 Nancy thank you so much for taking the time to help me get the best auto insurance that best fits my needs!
