Cannot Recommend these guys enough. Pete is absolutely stellar, responsive, patient and flexible when it comes to making your vision a reality. Derrick, and Scott and Tim are masters of their craft. They work quickly efficiently with precision and attention to detail. I could not be happier with my tile floors, Backsplash, Wood floors, and bathroom wall tiling. They even hung my mirror and medicine cabinent as well as towel bar which needed to be drilled through the tile. All with the best attitudes and demeanor. Bonus they beat Seacoast flooring prices 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We are over the moon about our new bathroom tiling. I had a non-professional contractor who left my bathroom looking absolutely horrific so we decided to go with Coastal Prefinished Floors & Tiles and all I can say is that I will never hire a different company for this again. Lesson learned. They came out and worked with me very quickly to get us an estimate for what we wanted. When it came down to the job itself, these guys worked so fast (3 days) to get my bathroom done. They were VERY clean and courteous and worked tirelessly. They are very responsive too which is an added plus. Hire them! You will not regret it!!

Coastal prefinished flooring in Wells did a fantastic job on our new home. There were some challenges around a stair way and we were not sure how the flooring would come out but they did just beautiful carpentry work around that particular area. They are very capable, they were on time, on budget and so very easy to contact. We saw the beautiful job and asked if they could do more work on the house, which we had not planned. We do not regret that move. We highly recommend them. They were polite, professional, neat, on time and responsive. We never even met them in person! Jeany and Joe

I hired a different contractor put in new shower tile for us and 2 rows of the tiles were installed wrong - either not flat or not straight. It looked awful. I wasn't sure if I would ever be able to find someone else to come fix it since it's such a relatively small job and required drilling out tiles in the middle of the wall while trying not to break those around it. These guys were recommended by a friend and they came out one morning and fixed the whole thing so well you would never know. It looks beautiful! I didn't realize just how bad it was until these guys came and fixed it. The cost was pretty reasonable too, considering what was involved.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, I paid them to do two tiled bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash, and all the floors in a new house I had built. To begin, they put the flooring over two inches of drywall dust. We had problems with the luxury vinyl floor, some of the tiles, and the grouting. I had them come out and look at the problems. They never came back or responded to any of my phone calls. I paid $12,000.00 dollars and they do not stand behind their work.

They recommended the luxury vinyl flooring. We have nails coming through the flooring, it snaps when we walk on it, and the pieces are separating. It was bad enough that our builder disappeared before finishing all the work. This company does not care if their customers are happy with the work. Do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Ohhh WHERE to begin...
I wish that I could give the owner of this company ZERO stars!! We had them install wood-look tile in our living room, dining room and laundry room and not long after, the grout in between the tiles began cracking, crumbling and coming OUT from in between the tiles. (I don’t think that HE ever came out to our house to actually check out the job after it was completed...which tells me that he really doesn’t care about WHAT his guys do or HOW they do it!!) I had emailed him quite a few times before he actually ended up getting back to me, and he finally sent out his men to “re-grout” over the places (and there were MANY!!) where the grout was disintegrating!! It looked ok for about a month and then the exact same thing happened again...cracking, crumbling, breaking apart, etc! It looks like it’s been in my house for 40 years...grout in tile that’s ACTUALLY 40 or 50 years old in the bathrooms of OLD houses doesn’t even look like my 3 year old grout looks!! When I contacted him again and told him that the grout PROBLEM was happening again, he blamed me and my family and told me that we must’ve done something to have caused it!! I am at my wits end! I am STILL waiting for him to rectify the situation. Well folks, guess what??!! He hasn’t stepped up to stand by his company’s labor and installation...if I were you, I’d SERIOUSLY think twice and CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY for your tile needs!! I DO NOT want you to end up in my shoes!!
