Needed a part for a bathroom faucet. The big ox stores didn't have it and tried to sell me the wrong part. Ferguson's took a quick glance at the old part and within 1 minute I had what I needed. And the price was what the big box stores wanted. Very knowledgeable and great service.

They were super helpful anytime I needed a part or had a question about plumbing or one of tubs/showers. They never pushed any products on me and were very friendly and totally willing to help me with my problems. I can't tell you how many times I have told people if they needed a plumbing part or anything to check them out. They also helped me locate a part for a discontinued Moen drain but they actually told me information that ended up helping me save $300 at the time I was trying to order it.
