My snowblower hit a small piece of broken asphalt. It got past the augers and hit the impeller, damaging the engine. It was an expensive repair but it starts and runs like new. Thank you, Lapointes, for your skill and great customer service.

Came in to look for some snowblower parts right after the storm…‘They did not carry my brand, but steered me in the right direction with the correct parts numbers. They didn’t have to help me with parts info, but gladly did. Thank you, thank you

These guys had higher than average customer service and bailed me out big time! I had a drive belt idler pulley go on my zero turn (the drive belt for the wheels not the mow deck). They had the part but they closed at noon and I couldn't get there in time. They made arrangements with me to get the part and I have installed it and am mowing away. I really appreciate it Lapointe's!

They are many times busy so expect a little wait time. They are knowledgeable of the products they carry and the manufacturer incentive programs for purchasing those products. Their service is very good as well. My several times there have been very positive. If your looking for a really cheap price this might not be the place to go. If your looking for good products with service support I'd give them a try.

Great customer service

Had a great experience dealing with Nick and his crew on maintenance of one unit and purchased of another. For the purchase, I wanted a hard-to-find Ariens model. Nick went well out of his way and worked magic in the middle of the season to locate me a unit. Professionally and timely delivered. Will go back to Lapointe's for any of my lawn and garden maintenance and purchases. Two thumbs up for this longtime local business.

Invest in the sigle stage Toro 821 RC. Thing just eats up the snow and slop.
