Roopers Beverage & Redemption

Absolutely love this place. Such a huge selection of alcoholic beverages and pretty much any other ltem you would look for at a convenience store. With several locations around Lewiston, Auburn and other towns it easy to pick one to stop in. Combine that with extremely friendly and helpful staff, it really makes any one of the stores a wonderful place to stop in. Not to be left out, they also have bottle redemption at most of the stores with the main redemption facility on Main st in Lewiston. They even have drop off redemption service as well. All in all a great place to go and support local business!

I had 8 garbages of returns, the girl I had was very personable and did not care how many bags I had. she told me that was her second day of work there, I felt so sorry for her having to go thru my 8 bags, but she was a trooper, did it all with a smile on her face, and a good additive.

I went there earlier (12/23 around 10ish) today to pick up a few nips for something I was making. The girl behind noticed I was trying to find something and offered her help. They didnt have exactly what I was looking for but the girl went out of her way to find me something comparable. Even though they were busy she took the time to help me find what I was looking for. This girl will be the reason I stop there again. I didnt catch her name but she was amazing. Thank you for the AMAZING customer service!

I heard a story that I thought I should share. An elderly Veteran man decided to park his car here in a snowstorm because he couldn't make it to his nearby home with the driving conditions so he got a neighbor to give him a ride home. The next day when he returned to get the car he found out that his car got towed because the employees forgot to tell the towing service about the two neighbors cars that parked there overnight. The neighbor that gave him the ride home called the towing service and he explained the situation and they didn't care and still wanted a big towing fee to get the cars back and showed no mercy on the man. I heard that the owner of Rooper's ended up paying the large towing bill and got these two peoples vehicles back! I thought that was a stand up thing to do for these people, it's good to see a business that cares about their customers and the neighbors around them. Kudos to Rooper's for stepping up and helping out this Veteran, well done.

Great little place to get a good deal on cigarettes, a small/medium variety of some metal pipes sometimes and some bubblers and glass pieces and silicone pipes, alcohol, cigars and beverages or snacks. And on the backside there's a bottle return station!

Bottle redemption open decent hours. Guy doing bottles is pretty quick. Would go back again for sure.

I could not find Gunnar's Daughter by Mast Landing anywhere. I tried Oxford and no luck. Bab at the Sabattus location found it saved it and cooled it. Top notch service, selection, stock and staff.

Employees are nice and the place is stocked man that place makes me thirsty...

Even the guys in the redemption area have it cool that was nice to see very friendly quick and easy tip these guys well

I alway have great service at any of the Roopers. I have one down the end of my street. Great prices

they always have the liquor I'm looking for and they always have it at a great price and they're always great with the customer service they've never gave me attitude and never disrespected me I will always be going there for my liquor

The bottle redemption is my main reason for going to roopers. Guys are pretty quick. Its outside. Convenient for me
