The Wash Auto Detailing

I just returned from Eric detailing my car. I didn't realize how bad my car was until I got it back.
Like Nancy and Ann said back in 1975, "he's a Magic Man".
Not only does he do phenomenal work he's a great guy as well. Could easily chat with him for hours.
My son and daughter asked if I could send their cars in for detailing. Sorry Eric, looks like you will be seeing me again.

Listen here...I don't think my car was this clean when I bought it! And the trunk, he did an EXCELLENT JOB cleaning the trunk out. Will be returning!

Excellent place to get a detail, and friendly staff.

Took my JKU in last weekend, it was full of long dog hair and dust and dirty. All the hair is gone, I mean ALL of it. The exterior of my vehicle looks better than it did in the showroom. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was still a lot of dirt and dust on my cup holders, around the steering wheel, and on the middle console. I also didn’t like how greasy and slick my steering wheel was for a few days after the cleaning. Eric is very nice and professional. All in all, I’ll be going back for sure.

One of the first things I asked was if they were willing to put my seat covers on. I specifically told them that would be the selling point of bringing my car to them. I was told yes. They asked me if I still wanted them to clean the front seats. Yes of course I did. When I arrived to pick up my car I saw they had NOT put the seat covers on and I was told they did NOT do that. I was not happy. I was told one thing to be told no. The front seats were still full of sand and dirt. When I went to my vents to turn the air I saw 2 of them were broken and in2 pieces. Not happy. Back seats had a white substance all over them. The only positive I saw was the floors were cleaner. The owner told me he didn’t care that I was unhappy and demanded I pay his promptly. $120 for the inside only. My two back seats had no ware or dirt because I never use them. I am blowing them up on social media. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS BUSINESS

Don't do it. Highly unprofessional. Doesn't even do as good of a job as I do. Also had damages to my SUV on two separate occasions. Once the person cleaning the inside obviously got too much liquid near the radio screen because part of the screen is permanently blurred. This past summer I had it back there and it came back missing the seat belt cover for the rear right seat. I gave this joker MONTHS to get a replacement...even allowing him to get one cheaper at a junkyard instead of paying the full price at the dealership for the OEM part. He kept delaying and delaying and ultimately refused to replace it. Will NEVER do business with this jerk again.

I was purchased a car detail from this company for Mother's Day, only to be very disappointed. We were quoted one price and then told a higher price when picking up the vehicle for "dog hair ". We were never contacted explaining a higher price prior to the work being done. Pieces were taken off the interior and left in the floor. The worker claimed that they were like that when the vehicle was dropped off (Not true!). We had to ask for the floor mats and personal belongings to be returned. However, all of this is minor compared to the chipped paint that is now on the front and hood of my vehicle! Poor service, poor quality and extremely unprofessional! What was to be a gift is now going to cost me more money!!! If you value your vehicle, DO NOT use this service!!!
