This is the best insurance office I have ever dealt with. The fastest service, phone etiquette, and superior wisdom and knowledge of all facets of the insurance world. Questions? They answer everything thoroughly. Transfers of needed information? They do it for you and they follow up to make certain you have everything you need. It doesn't matter if you're dealing with "your" agent. Everyone knows their stuff and everyone moves fast. I am able to make changes in minutes. They transfer info in minutes, not hours or days. Pricing is competitive with anyone, but they make sure you are getting the coverage you and your family needs, not what serves their needs. I live in the very southern part of Michigan,and they all treat me as though I was a neighbor walking in their doors in Traverse City! You will never go wrong with this office! Prior to getting State Farm, we had AAA. I always thought they were a pretty good company but in the last few years their prices got higher and the service much lower. When I contacted State Farm, I was put in touch with Tim Collin's office. I have to say that he tries very hard to do all he can for us. There has never been an issue or question that I've had that he didn't personally take the time to answer. I'm very pleased with Tim Collins and his office in general. In a crazy busy world where we have become a number Tim made me feel like I was right at home, we just recently switched over from progressive and the services that we received today went far beyond what they are required to do. I had broke down in Benzie, with my children and needed to get my car home in Copemish so were talking a distance and we all know not so cheap tow.
