They made mother's day special. The were pleasant and went out of their way to save the day. So grateful to Naomi who fixed my hair and her work partner who did an amazing job on my friends hair.

This Penny's is the only one close to me and it's always got really good sales. It's never crowded either.

Always great sales. They also have a Sephora inside. The employees are nice and the layout is simple to follow. It is a bit messy sometimes though. But overall, it's ine if my favorite places to shop for quality items.

Yesterday I went to the jewelry counter to have a ring resized; however, since I had purchased the ring and protection plan online, it wasn't in the Traverse City store's system. Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She not only helped me find the correct ring size, but she also called the customer service line (twice!) to get my account and order numbers for me to manually enter my information. She was thorough and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you, Kelsey!

The store was clean and clothing shelves/racks were full and neat. They had a good selection of summer men's wear. Staff were warm and friendly. The jewelry counter employee was very helpful!

This place has gone down hill a little but they are trying hard to put the place back together. My five star review is do to the good prices. I do shopping through their online store. If something don't fit or looked better in picture they take it back at the store. The associates have always been so nice and helpful.

They may have a smaller jewelry department than some other JC Penney stores, but their customer service was top notch. The two women working in the jewelry department were very friendly and helpful.

Good store, great staff. I have met so many nice people who work there. If the merchandise isn't in stock, they are happy to order it, and it arrives as promised. The prices are good, the products are first rate. What more could I want?

Our JC Penney is very helpful considering how short staffed every business has been. We enjoy shopping here because they also carry XLTall shirts for my guy! Very hard to find shirts long enough for him otherwise.

I visited the jewelry department and was acknowledged by a sales person though waiting on a customer. Assistance was called over to jewelry to help me purchase 14k gold earrings. I received a great deal with my purchase and great customer service from both sales associates 👍😃

We had a lady help my mom, dad and I find my dad shirts for court. She was super helpful and even helped find some in the back. She never seemed rushy or pushy and took her time with him.

My favorite store. I get my hair done in their salon. Very friendly. And they do a excellent job. The clothes there are all very nice. And have lots of different styles for everyone.
