The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is large, bright and spacious. There were many tables throughout the store loaded with books discounted fifty percent. Walking through the store put me in the mood to purchase more books than I could afford, and get home to read the great books I purchased.

I have always loved going to Barnes and Noble, but on my last visit, I was so excited to see how the store has been restructured to different categories of books and the tables of specials and new titles! The cooking section is by far my favorite, and I was so happy to see the book I wanted right away! Definitely more desirable to just hang out and search for what I want than just pick a book and go! Good work staff!!

I love Barnes & Noble pretty much anywhere I go. This one is closest to home, and I just love going here. Service is always fantastic, anytime I need to check out the lines move fast. These people are on it! The Starbucks inside too is delightful.

I'm not a huge fan of chain stores, but given how much the bookstore market as thinned in the 21st century due to Amazon, B&N really provides a huge number of books and now, especially since buying Paper Source, things like games and toys. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can almost always get you a book if they don't have it in stock.

This Barnes & Noble is really great. They have a good selection of manga and toys as well, which is not super common. They also had lorcana stuff in stock! I am glad this is my new local Barnes & Noble.

Love this place. I can go there and do my school work in peace and not feel over simulated. I recommend it

It’s been years since I went to Barnes and Nobles. And knew very little about what I was looking for. Bree helped me find a good book that wasn’t too big or too much. I will be going back for more reading material. Thank you, Bree.

Love this store! This is one of the better locations I have visited. I have been coming here to pick up vinyl pretty regularly and they have an amazing selection! They are constantly getting new selections in and are always willing to assist if they don’t have things in stock. I was helped by Karen and she was super friendly. We had a nice conversation about music and collecting vinyl. I highly recommend this place and I will be a customer for life!

Took the kids here to look at toys for their Christmas list... Yes Barnes & Noble has toys now. The toy area is closer to an upscale boutique toy store than a Target or Walmart but with prices set to compete with those two. Very comfortable, lots of nice toys, and a Starbucks for Mom and Dad. We ended up coming back later without the kids to get most of the toys there.

5 Star...Typical Bookstore with intoxicating book smell..however I mostly visit for the coffee they have a Starbucks inside.Super helpful staff and is always far less crowded then the one on Main Street

Just buying books! Purchased Savannah Guthrie's Mostly What God Does. Began the book at the readers choice inside the store, what bored? Start reading it, purchase it there.....go ahead!

I absolutely love this Barnes & Noble! It is a very clean atmosphere, quiet but welcoming and always smells amazing with the Starbucks inside! Every time I go in it’s to find a new book on my TBR and almost every time it’s in stock. Staff members have been extremely helpful if you need help finding a book or any genres. This place has been one of my favorite stores to visit when I’m feeling overwhelmed or need to be pulled back down to earth. I would recommend this store to any family or friends! Especially considering I’ve been to the Barnes & Noble in Battle Creek, the one here in Kalamazoo is much cleaner, more organized and has friendly staff members!

Need some comfier chairs, but it was nice. Found some really neat books.
