OMGoodness was trip to Kohl’s this afternoon was EVERYTHING!?!? It was perfect timing as there weren’t many other customers and they had everything I wanted and some. I got 3 pair of workout capris, a couple dresses, and a tank for under $50?!?! Yes 6 items for $49.01 including a Vera Wang dress that literally feels and looks AMAZING!! This review would not be complete without shouting out the SPECTACULAR Robyn🙌🏽 She was kind, friendly, and put a humongous smile on my face!! My trip literally would not have been the same without her!! Her customer service is truly impeccable ✨

Nice large parking lot. Clean store, smells good, and like Jimmie Johns, the smells are free!

Customer service was awesome, and sales were exceptional. I found so many great items to buy, there is something there for everyone on your Christmas list. Or if you are like me, oodles of things for myself.

Shopping at the Kohl's store in Portage, Michigan is always a treat! The store is very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Alicia, at the check out station was very friendly and helpful.

We shop here often. The new way of self checkout was great. Christy was a great employee by helping us with our purchases. She was able to answer all our questions and with a smile. Will definitely be back.

Marty, who checked us out, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Also, his supervisor, Jessica, was able to promptly answer a question about the price of an item. All in all, we had a very positive experience.

There were excellent sales at the store. Displays were neat. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

If you shop at this store, try the self check out. Mubashar will be there to help you get the most coupons, and cash back etc. He's so friendly, and he makes shopping at Kohl's even better.

Hey Google, I was actually returning something to the Amazon Return Center . . . which is pretty convenient, by the way, right here at the back of the store. But I've been a Kohl's shopper (and employee, long ago) and it's a pretty cool place. Like Macy's with better deals.

Customer service was outstanding! I was able to find a worker to help me quickly and efficiently. And check out was a breeze. The woman was so friendly and kind. It made my experience even more delightful. I wish I had caught their names. Thanks for a great shopping experience 4-10-22 around 7 pm 😊
