Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Excellent food and service on 12/6/23. Our server Ava was outstanding! She was extremely friendly and accommodating . It didn’t bother her that my girlfriend and I took forever to decide what to order because we were too busy chatting. So many places are short staffed with long wait times - Olive Garden are doing something right! Well done. Can’t wait to come back and see Ava again😊

Our server, Alexis, was very friendly and polite. She was helpful as we were using a gift card on my smart phone. She knew exactly what to do. Whenever we travel to Onalaska, Olive Garden is our first choice for excellent dining.

I had a wonderful experience this weekend for my husband's birthday lunch. There was 13 of us and 4 of them were kids. Our server was great very patient and funny. He was very attentive! Food came out fast and hot!

We had a great experience! Staff was wonderful, fast, and patient as we had 13 in our group! Call ahead was only a half hr and by the time we got to restaurant there was no wait time! Food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend!

Food is always exceptional. Service is normally great unless you go after 730 pm at least that is what we have experienced.

I ordered carryout at 9:45 pm restaurant closes at 10 pm. A customer came in at same time to sit down to eat and staff was courteous to them. Prices are good, the cabanaro, seafood scampi, and fried ravioli are my favorite. Great place to eat.

Food was good but our waitress was amazing. I believe her name was Sophie or Sophia, she was so super nice and funny! She made the experience great! Otherwise restaurant was clean.

Very good staff. Ava, our server was a pleasure. She is kind, sincere & engaging. We got everything we asked for & on time. Calamari was very tender & seasoned just right.

We had a great meal and a great server. Love the mascato sangria geeen apple a must have if you like sweet drinks. Look forward to another visit soon to this location.

A great experience at Olive Garden on Wednesday, October 18th. Exceptional service from Emma, great server.....always smiling, knowledgeable. Excellent food, clean, organized and well maintained restaurant. Was surprised for a Wednesday night having a wait.
Will certainly return next year, next visit. Impressed.

Great service such nice people I spoke on the phone with a women named Kenzie she was so nice and friendly and so understanding of the situation I’m so glad I came here friendly service from everyone they were the best servers and we loved the food it was the best food ever 🥰

Wonderful food, service and atmosphere as usual. One of my favorite places to go where you can come as you are.

Had a group of 20+. Set up and served quickly and with great customer service. We all left full and satisfied with our choice of restaurant.

We had a great time taking our family out to lunch for the first time as a family of four and Kendra did a great helping with extra items we needed for the kids.

First let me preface by saying - Our family has been coming to Olive Garden for over 15 years, it has become the "birthday" destination for dinner for our kids. 8/22 we visit again and had the most wonderful server we ever have had. Mick - you were awesome. So awesome that my oldest daughter commented and doubled the tip we left for you. Keep loving what you do and continue your excellent service. Hopefully we get to see you again! Next- Olive Garden you changed the chicken. Not for the better. Several of our guests had chicken in their meal and they all said the same thing. Something was different. It wasn't bad- just not as good as it has been before. Fix it. Also, I'm sure its poular but this is the 2nd time we have had one of our guests craving your lasagna and you had run out. Disappointing, not a deal killer, but still needing mention. We also had a guest who loves your chicken/gnocchi soup and for some reason hers had zero Gnocchi it in. Maybe the supply for the evening was low but again, when you have visited so many times - things get noticed and we want you to be the best at what you do. Hence the 4 stars in that category.
Lastly, the atmosphere was as wonderful as always, the wait for our larger party size was very very short, and again - Mick made it all the better. Her cheerful, witty self made our evening and birthday dinner all that much more enjoyable. HR department: give Mick a raise because folks who love what they do and let it show are very hard to come by. We had to "send it" to get home so our departure comments to Mick were short but it was not because we were unhappy. Thank you Olive Garden.

Carside delivery was great with the sweetest young lady bringing out the orders. Loved he low calorie option and so close to my hotel. Well done!!

Excellent service. Food was exceptional. Nice selection of wines as well. Make sure you get enough bread sticks to use as an assistance tool with the spaghetti...Good stuff.

I had not gone to OG for years but because my daughter loves it, we have gone a few times in the last year now. The food has been better than I remember in the past. Recently, I did have a billing issue that the GM resolved way beyond my expectations and handled the entire situation incredibly professionally. Because of how that issue was handled, I am even more impressed with this specific location and will continue to spend my money there...because my daughter likes it.

Service was friendly, and food was on point. I forgot how good Olive Garden was. I will be returning.
