I came here as a walk in today for a concerning skin infection of some sorts. My hand where it’s located on top of a finger joint is very painful, and just putting on socks was painful. I had to get there by myself and this was just the closest place and driving around was not super easy either with the pain so I opted to come here which is super close to my residence. I’ve never been before but I’m so glad I did! I’ve been dealing with a handful of minor health issues lately and before that some mental health issues going into the doctor consisted of a 15 minute appointment time, of strictly only being able to talk about one issue. So having a med review was strictly a med review and I’d have to make a separate appointment for anything else. That’s what I expected going in to be able to talk about my infection on my hand, instead the amazing NP Kaur asked some questions involving recent blood work, I haven’t had any done in a long time so she automatically set me up to get some done, she even talked and offered a few other things regarding other topics and gave me a quick check up for eyes ears and mouth! It was the best most extensive appointment I’ve had and I’m so grateful because I’ve been ignoring a lot of possibility of concerns cause of not being able to afford (financially & time wise) several appointments for each issues. I didn’t even have to ask and she made sure I was extensively cared for, god bless and thank you family health center.

Excellent service by Dr. Julie Saracina! She really cares, she showed compassion and helped find the root cause of my dental pain/issue that I've been having for months. I like how inquisitive she was and determined to pinpoint the problem. Very happy customer here.

There is good and bad that come out of our healthcare system. Without fhc and their resources I wouldn't be able to get medical treatment and medication or see the dentist without insurance. Be thankful for what you have because one day you may not have it. I do appreciate everything fhc has done for me thank so much.

Brand new! Super friendly staff and my favorite health care provider David Beard is here. This location has its own Pharmacy and Dental in addition to medical.

I came in to the Alcott location on a Saturday hoping to be seen for a medical issue for my child. Was seen by provider she was courteous, informed, understanding. We left there knowledgeable and feeling better. She followed up with us a few days later I appreciate her kindness I’m very thankful for care like this in our community!

Sat on hold a long time to request an appointment, then was told they're too busy in the dental department to take phone calls. Get more staff! At least she took my number for a call back.
UPDATE: They are badly in need of hygienists there! Very experienced dentist. VERY nice facility and staff. They really are doing their best over there.

First visit was wonderful. My son is sensory sensitive and was very comfortable with Dr. Van and the hygienist that worked on him. His mouth is in bad shape, but they never made him feel bad about it. They did give him the tools he needs to step up his game in taking care of his teeth. He went away feeling comfortable and I am anxious to get all of the work done that he needs here. Five Stars, for sure.

Dr. Barberio is thoughtful, kind and care about treating patients with respect. She is amazing with kids in a dental chair!

Hodge is the best doctor ever!!!!! Saved my life!!!!! I'm 27 pounds lighter and my blood pressure is down to normal. He is also the funniest guy. His bed side manner is awesome. My wife and I love him!!!!!

The staff at the Burdick st clinic were very very nice! From the front desk to the dentist, everyone was awesome! I had an abcess and went in as a walk in. I got in right away. Havimg hours until 8pm and saturdays is very helpful. The building was nice and clean as well. Everything about my visit was great! I will continue to go there and refer freinds and family. Thanks for being great!

It is the first time that I attend to control my son and the people were very kind, they took pains to understand me even though I don't speak much English. I want to make a public congratulation to Mrs. Olga Churion who attended me at the reception and she was very kind and took all the time to solve my problem. I congratulate you for having such valuable people who are committed to the institution.

The facility is beautiful. It's bright and their staff, Nettie, is very empathetic cheery and professional. It was a very good experience and I'm always very anxious. I left feeling better than when i arrived.

With multiple locations in the Kalamazoo area, Family Health Center is convenient for badly everyone. Not only that, but the facilities are absolutely beautiful. The Alcott location opened in 2016, and you can tell. Stare of the art facilities combined wth excellent care make this an amazing place to get a check up, bloodwork, etc.

Never had a better experience with a doctors office. The security guard, front desk staff, nurses, doctors, and pharmacy were ALL extremely kind and helpful! Dr. Kimmy is absolutely amazing! Thank you all for your help!

I called to make an appointment and Kolrida made all her effort to make sure my girlfriend can get in and went through every provider to get an appointment. Such Excellent customer service☺☺☺☺

docs are vary kind and helpful i needed help with my asthma and they gave me a breathing treatment right their on the spot on top of giving me my prescriptions

Doctor David Beard is a wonderful Doctor recommend him to anyone ..The best Doctor at both Alcott & Paterson ....I love this Doctor he is so nice and caring..
