During my search for a new car I was very impressed every time I called or visited Toyota of Grand Rapids. Everyone was great about answering my questions. I’m very impressed by how knowledgeable, helpful and friendly my salesperson, Austin always is. Austin helped make buying my first brand new car a fun and exciting experience! I absolutely love my new Highlander XLE!!!

Everyone here is so nice! The customer service is amazing. Steve Walker gave me the best experience I've ever had with a car purchase. I'm SO happy with my new car! His communication skills are top tier, he's very organized, positive, humorous and he really got everything done for me within a timely manner! He really gave me a great experience. My parents also purchased new cars with Steve and had a great experience. We will definitely be recommending our family and friends to Steve and to Toyota in general. I also spoke with Emmy (like the award <3) in customer service, and she was so sweet and funny as well! We sat and finalized everything with Evan I believe his name was? He was awesome too! The service here was great! Erik Crooymans helped me get set up with my vehicle, and he did a great job. He was really thoughtful with my wish list and he managed to find me an amazing vehicle super quick. We interacted with several members of the team and they were all very kind to us throughout the whole process.

Nadia and the team were incredible to work with. This was our first time leading, and they made it so simple! They answered ALL of our questions, and made sure we felt confident with our lease agreement. Even after the deal was done, Nadia reached out to make sure we were still happy with it and to check and see if we had any new questions! Top notch service.

I was called by the salesperson shortly after I requested more information on a used vehicle the dealership had for sale. I setup an appointment and I drove 3 hours to test drive and look over the vehicle. I had been in contact with a few other dealers about purchasing a vehicle but they were not honest about the quality of what they put in their online listing. I truly appreciate honesty and good professional service. I was entirely happy with purchasing a gentle used vehicle from the Toyota of Grsnd Rapids dealership. I will definitely do business in the future with Darren. The vehicle we purchased was exactly what he said it was and quick service.

I was just looking to see what's out there and couldn't believe how affordable a used plug in hybrid is! Way less miles than what I traded in too. I did have to educate them on the IRA though. I will get 30% (max of $4500) of the price back on my taxes next year! Kevin treated me very well and has followed up to be sure I'm happy. Financing was educational for me but I can pay it off early to avoid some of the higher interest rate. Whoever buys my car, a 2014 Buick Lacrosse hybrid, will also get 30% back on their taxes! Even though I have to admit it isn't as good a hybrid as Toyota makes, but my dad worked for GM. Let's get electrified and keep the planet great for our kids! You can also claim 30% of home improvement costs that save energy (doors, windows, insulation) or solar panels, etc. for your taxes next. Let's get going!

I can't recommend this dealership enough; I've had great experiences since purchasing my Camry two years ago to current. I was in yesterday for 30,000 mile service. Unexpectedly got a same-day appointment, and was offered a shuttle service if needed right when I booked the appointment. The service bay was super busy, but everyone was still so kind and professional. I was immediately greeted when I pulled in, given anticipatory guidance of who I was waiting for, and that they'd be with me in a minute. I was assisted by Alex, who took great care to explain the plan and answer any questions. I was told it'd be up to two hours, and they had it done in one. Alex even gave me a call right after I left as he'd found a charger on his desk and he wanted to be sure I didn't leave mine. Staff are all very friendly and interactive; I saw a staff member walking by notice someone unsure how to work the Keurig and proactively walk over and help them. Great environment and service! Thanks so much for all your hard work--it shows.

Only area for improvement is that it'd be great to book service online! I tried the website first and it didn't show any availability for weeks.

Kyle was an awesome service professional. He explained what to expect in diagnosing issues with our Camry wheel alignment and brakes. He kept us informed about the timing, options and pricing for those options. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a total pro.

I went to Grand Rapids Toyota for service on my 2022 Tundra. They completed the service on my Tundra as promised-Timely and as quoted. Renee Morris the Service Manager went over the service details and made sure I was satisfied with what needed to be done. Renee’s very professional and customer oriented. I felt like she really cared about my Tundra. I felt heard and understood.
Brian Somerville the service writer kept me up to date on the repair and made sure it was executed correctly. I’ll be going back to Grand Rapids Toyota for my future service needs. Excellent Toyota Service!
